Salton Sea MHP & RV Resort, Salton City, California

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This park was designed as a Mobile Home Park, but there are many RVs staying these days. What makes this park is the friendly management and long stay residents. We booked for a week and stayed a month, went away and then came back for another month. We were made welcome upon arrival and invited to all activities. Very quiet at night. We camped at Salton Sea MHP & RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Wine Country RV Resort, Paso Robles, California

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $54.00

Nice clean park in a pretty area. I think it's expensive especially if traveling with a dog. Extra charge of $3.00 per dog. Fenced dog area is small. We camped at Wine Country RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Sans End RV Park (55+ Park), Winterhaven, California

Date of Stay: January, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

If you are traveling with your dog, and it rains while you are staying here, you will be walking your dog in mud. You are not allowed to walk your dog on leash, anywhere else in the park. During our stay I was accused by the owner of not picking up after my dog. This was not true, but even though he saw I was carrying my little bag to the garbage, he chose to continue to lecture me. We will not stay here again. We camped at Sans End RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.
