Trailer Village RV Park, Roswell, New Mexico

Friendly owners. Large pull-through site. All washers and dryers worked. Time could be spent maintaining and cutting weeds around full time units. Didn't see any aliens..... We camped at Trailer Village RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Cheyenne Mountain State Park, Colorado Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $31.00

Awesome, awesome park. The best park we have stayed in within the last six months of our travels. Clean, clean, clean. Big site that brings you back to nature. Lots of trails, and beautiful views. Rangers we deal with or talked to, and there was several, were all first class, friendly, informative and very, very helpful. If we were to give an award for the best park and best staff, this park would win hands down, no question. Stayed four nights. We will be back. We camped at Cheyenne Mountain State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Storrie Lake State Park, Las Vegas, New Mexico

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

Great park. Loved the cook shelters most sites had. Staff friendly and helpful. Sites are big. Only negative was the city of Las Vegas had not yet turned on the water even though the Rangers had requested the water be turned on in that section of the park. Stayed four days. Would stay again no question. We camped at Storrie Lake State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Anthony/El Paso West KOA (formerly American RV & Marine Resort & Rally, Anthony, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $30.00

Great RV park if you want to stay on a gravel parking lot in the middle of nowhere with no vegetation. Sites are big. Rates are high for the amount of sand we ate when the wind blew. As we were about to pull out the lady running the park yelled at my husband for our two little dogs were not being on a leash, as they were walking at his heels to our pickup. We camped at Anthony/El Paso West KOA (formerly American RV & Marine Resort & Rally in a Motorhome.
