Know before you go. After checking with RV Park Reviews we made reservations at this park because it had the highest private park rating of 6.7. However upon arriving and paying we were sent to their sister park called Avalon which has a 3.7 rating. We were on a gravel dusty parking lot without any amenities in a bad section of town. We would have been better off at Flying J which is at the same exit.

We had reservations for 3 consecutive nights and had to change site every day. People were extremely non-caring and rude which made you feel they were over worked and under paid. One worker bragged about the enjoyment of turning campers away without reservations.

Not a 9.5 rated facility. No wifi, no sewer or dump station, no cable or satellite friendly., and no lights. If we want to rate the owner than it would be a 7.5 - simply because he never removed his mirrored sun glasses even in a dimly lite room. He was very helpful however the campground needs a lot of work. It is also 4 miles off the interstate. We will not return.

This park is poorly run. When we pay more than $50.00 a night, we don't expect the grass to be mowed at 7:30 pm while we were outside cooking dinner. The rental boats have bird poo all over them including the dock. WIFI was strong as well as electricity and water pressure. Shuttle to the casino runs twice an hour.

This campground has been demolished. The casino no longer allows any RV parking on their property. The Golden Nugget Casino next door allows RV parking beginning after 6 PM on Sunday and until before noon on Thursday.

We checked in, the campground was empty and we were assigned 502 which a previous reviewer had said to avoid because of being right next to waste container, closest to railroad and furthest from shuttle pickup. I asked the young lady if we could be assigned a site closer to shuttle pickup and she pleasantly changed the site number. Everyone was extremely nice and we never heard the train. We found it easy to find and easy to leave in the morning. We will return.

We stayed in gold site 85, backup, overlooking lake. This would have been worth it if we could have driven in, because the view out of the windshield was the road. This site also has afternoon sun. A silver pull through like site 78 has a better view as well as afternoon shade provided by the shadow of your motorhome. Some sites appeared not level as coaches had the front tires off the ground. Pretty grounds, friendly and helpful host, great location with excellent restaurants. We will return.

As previously stated there are different sections and we were put in the back section where we pulled in behind another camper. When we asked how we were suppose to exit in the morning, we were told just to cross all the camp sites to our right. WHAT? Old, run down, dirty and had trouble leveling a 43' rig. A lot of confusion in the front office even though we had made reservations. Would never stay here again if we are put in this back section. A lesson learned, ask what section is available when making reservations and only take the P section if you want a decent site.

This campground is only 13 miles out of town. Check-in was very convenient, people were very nice and helpful, full hook-ups with good water pressure and no problem with 50 amp service. We were in a 43' RV with tow and was easily accommodated. The only problem is that they do not accept reservations. After checking out the other campgrounds in the area, $35.00 a night compared to $65 and $75 a night is a real bargain. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding service, outstanding friendly people, beautiful lots, so many amenities. Love this campground. We really didn't want to leave. Large roads, landscaped lots, escorts to your site, work out room, theater with current movies

Horrible. We are in a pull-in, however, the trailer on our side is backed in so that our two doors face each other and we have to share a table. Must have trouble with the 30 amp because every time we try to turn on our hot water heater we trip the breaker. Same goes when we turn on 1 A/C. Place is filthy and parking spots are not designated. Rude lady checked us in. Would never stay here again - there is a better campground down the same road.

I think for that price you should have internet and cable. We were told that Internet was free, but we could never sign on. We were offered a cable box to connect to the TV if you wanted cable; however, we could not get to the back of our TV without removing it. The park is clean

We loved this campground. We were in spot 29 and we had no neighbors on drivers side. The beach was right in front of our coach as well as the fishing pier. We could walk to Mrs. Mac's Kitchen which had excellent food including the best Key Lime Pie. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in many parks much nicer than this one . Our site was nothing more than a concrete slab. We had no furniture, no tables, and no Wi-Fi. I feel if you are going to charge over $100 a night, the site should have at least some sort of table.
