Charlie Brown Campground, Eastford, Connecticut

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

One of the nicest parks we have stayed in. Beautiful, clean, family friendly. The only drawback is that most sites have grey water connections only and do not have sewer connections. They do have multiple dump locations and pump out service is available. The park activities include weekend entertainment and bingo. The owners go out of their way to assist customers. We would consider this as a destination park. We camped at Charlie Brown Campground in a Motorhome.

Robin Hill Camping Resort, Lenhartsville, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

Great park, with easy access to freeway. We booked through Coast to Coast and the people in the office were more than accommodating in helping us book a stay. Showers and restrooms are clean and park is well maintained. Nice playground for kids and a lake you can fish in. We camped at Robin Hill Camping Resort in a Motorhome.

Gettysburg Battlefield Resort (Travel Resorts of America), Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $3.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here on Coast to Coast points. They do not offer sewer hookups for C to C and site location is in an odd section of the park. Park staff management was more than helpful and offered us another site in the park. Still without sewer, but we no longer had a neighbor's fire pit below our bedroom window. We camped at Gettysburg Battlefield Resort (Travel Resorts of America) in a Motorhome.

Stoney Creek Resort, Greenville, Virginia

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $3.00

Call park before you go and get directions. GPS will take you through small town and narrow roads. Road into park is pitted with potholes as well as road to your site. Laundry room was nice and clean with new w/d. We used Coast to Coast points and stayed 4 nights. It was located for easy access to points of interest. We camped at Stoney Creek Resort in a Motorhome.

Gold Rock Campground, New Smyrna Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is an okay park for an overnight stay. Owners were very accommodating getting us in a day earlier than our expected arrival. The office is hard to find, a small shack at the end of the road and you have to go around to the back side to get in the door. Coming in after dark can be a challenge as sites are not lit and numbering is old and missing. We camped at Gold Rock Campground in a Motorhome.
