River's End Campground & RV Park, Tybee Island, Georgia

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

Not a pretty park. Very cramped, very crowded. We actually had one neighbor's ATV next to our picnic table. The one on the other side was less than two feet away. None of the staff even spoke until we were getting ready to leave. Location to the beach was the only good feature of this park. We camped at River's End Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

A Big Wheel RV Park, Saint Marys, Georgia

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for a month, very reasonable rates and super friendly owners. Clean sites, nice property. They have Sunday pot luck dinner every week. They provide the meat and drinks everyone brings a dish. It's a nice way to meet the neighbors. We loved it here and would definitely return. We camped at A Big Wheel RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Saint Andrews State Park, Panama City Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2012 - $20.00

Gorgeous. We had a waterfront site. This is the place to camp. We loved it here. Short drive to the beach. Rest rooms super clean. Lovely, but gave it an 8 for lack of sewer hookups. We stayed 4 days. We camped at Saint Andrews State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Campers Inn Inc., Panama City Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2012 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

Not really terrible, but this place is so loaded with sand spurs it is their Wi-Fi password. Our dogs would not walk off the patio because of the sand spurs. I am still digging them out of my carpet. The laundry was really nice, the staff seemed pretty friendly, and they have a pretty well stocked store. Beach access is fine. But we would not stay here again. We camped at Campers Inn Inc. in a Fifth Wheel.

Orlando NW / Orange Blossom KOA, Apopka, Florida

Date of Stay: November, 2012 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

This is a pretty nice park but some of the spaces are very small. We had the neighbor's sewer line right outside of our door. They claim to be "pet friendly" but the hosts seem to get put out when our dog barked if we were not there. Other neighbors said they never heard him. The dog "play area" is very small, has a huge sign in the middle and many sand spurs. Overpriced. Wi-Fi and cable are unreliable. We don't plan to return. We camped at Orlando NW / Orange Blossom KOA in a Fifth Wheel.
