Overall Rating:

Convenient location, visible from I-90, between highway and the river. Currently in the process of making many upgrades and improvements. The owner really makes you feel like family and will go the extra mile to provide great service. We camped at Bearmouth Chalet RV Park in a Motorhome.

Guajome County Park, Oceanside, California

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

The staff was friendly and efficient. They keep the park clean and well maintained. There are a lot of places to walk, bike or even ride your horse, if you have one. Semi-urban surroundings, but the generous size of the park keeps the traffic and houses far enough away. There is convenient access to shopping and all the benefits of Oceanside. We camped at Guajome County Park in a Motorhome.

Oasis Palms RV Park, Thermal, California

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $11.00
Overall Rating:

Park keepers do a great job keeping this park clean and well maintained, and they're about the nicest and most professional team we've ever encountered. Low Passport America rates. Coffee/cookie service, spacious community room/TV lounge, pool and hot tub, and abundant citrus trees make this a terrific place to spend some time. Convenient and scenic desert location, near the northwest banks of the beautiful and bizarre Salton Sea. Large, modern shopping district about a 20-minute drive away. We're making it a point to stay at Oasis Palms whenever we're in this region. We camped at Oasis Palms RV Park in a Motorhome.

Rancho Jurupa Park, Riverside, California

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here a few years ago, not long after it opened, and it was much nicer then. Two-tier park, with a more expensive deluxe area with nice showers adjacent to a cheaper down-at-heels area (where we stayed) with shabby coin showers and quite poorly tended grassy areas. The woman in the office also seemed a bit brusque. The park, other than the campground, however, is quite pleasant. We camped at Rancho Jurupa Park in a Motorhome.
