First of all, campers are charged extra if they have more than one car (including motorcycles). Our friends had a motorhome, car and motorcycle - the owner told him if he removed the motorcycle from the lift, he would be charged extra. The owner doesn't like kids. He told me that's why he doesn't have a swimming pool or playground. He does rake his roads almost daily. He also shows favoritism to the more expensive rigs.

The manager and his wife have absolutely no people skills. Most of the snow birds are going to another park next year. We were promised a valentine's dinner "provided by the manager" but he wanted everyone to pay for it. He is only here during happy hour (1 hour a day). If you come in without reservations, he will tell you he is full. We had spots available all winter. If your spot is available, he won't allow you to come in early (he doesn't seem to know how to charge you - because there aren't 31 days in each month). The one work camper tries very hard to make up for the managers shortcomings. If this park had a different manager it would be full. Everything is nice here except for the manager and his wife. We will not return as long as the current manager is here.

The park was perfect for us. We stayed 7 months to be near my Father, age 94, who is living alone nearby. The private lake was well stocked with fish. We swam and fished often. We could have campfires (wood and ring provided). Our dish worked fine. We used our own wi-fi. You could also receive mail. Our Yorkies had a blast chasing squirrels. The owner was very helpful. The only drawback was during hunting season. We would stay there again.
