Stayed here in the past and have never been disappointed. Very clean, large concrete pads, all paved roads, good site spacing. Some workers staying long term but in one section of the park, their sites are clean and organized. Layout of this campground is excellent. Far enough off of I40 you barely hear any traffic noise.

Check in was at the Service station. Laundry room and lounge were spotless, so I am sure the bathrooms probably were also. Site layout was real nice and plenty of space between sites. Had to unhook toad as site was long enough for 42 foot motorhome and room in front to park the truck. Chose to stay in W&E site only, didn't need sewer for one night.

Third year we have stayed here for two weeks each year. Wifi has been upgraded and is still being upgraded and works well. Didn't use cable but channel list was excellent. Sites all level, we had a pull thru. Customer service is excellent. A lot of monthlys and most are kept tidy, just a couple that could use some cleanup. Fairly quiet park with amount of campers. Enjoyed our stay as usual and will return.

Private sites with Oleander bushes separating each site. Concrete patios. A lot of snowbirds but very clean park. ATT 4 bars, free wifi is pretty darn good for an RV park. No fire rings or picnic tables. Very friendly staff, very nicely landscaped and all facilities were very clean. We would suggest calling for a reservation to insure a site is available. Only had about 5 or 6 sites available each day of our 4 day stay but they would fill up in the after noon. Easy on and off of I-40. City street to campground a little rough but looks like they may be going to repave it soon.

55+ parks, all sites back-ins, they appear to put short term in sites with concrete patios now. No picinic tables or fire rings. Wifi only works at rec hall. Interstate traffic and train noise not that noticeable. Wide streets and sites. Snowbird park but quiet and clean. ATT 4 bars. Stopped to see if this is a place we would want to stay for a month or more in future. Lots of rules. We wouldn't stay long term, they do not allow use of RV washer or dryer. Yuma about 30 miles not much close by. Gas station and diner.

Stopped for a week to check it out and possible lot purchase. We found the facilities all very clean and nice. The park is very clean and nicely landscaped. We ate dinner at the cafe/barn every night for $5, different meal each day, was good and didn't have to cook. Played card bingo on Thur night, enjoyed it. Everyone from owner, staff, residents and monthly snowbirds were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed the stay very much. Wifi, slow and spotty up on hill, ATT 2/3 bars. Office has a packet with all the tourist interest with directions and travel time, nice touch. We will probably return for a monthly next year.

Quaint little RV park. Restrooms were clean and ok nothing fancy. 14 total sites, looks like a few longer term in about 5 sites, but clean. Only 3 large pull thrus reservable but all taken when we were here. Roads are good, wifi strong and fairly good. Good place to stop for a few days. Sites are level, little high TX grass but was ok, water pressure around 25-30psi, ATT 4 bars. Suggest you reserve online to insure you have a site. They put your name on the white board in self check in trailer/office and a cone in your site. We would stop again when passing through. Their website is pretty has good info and photos.

Very nice RV park for south TX. Hands down the nicest in the Del Rio area. Very modern and very clean facilities, including restrooms, everything was spotlessly clean. Nice fitness room and activities building. Loved the western wood work look of the buildings. Roads are of milled highway asphalt that is packed down real good. Sites are long and fairly level with hard packed TX dirt/gravel. Utilities were great, water pressure 40-45 psi. Lots of cable channels although we didn't use them, have our own satellite. Thursday nights: owner prepares a dinner (for a small fee) and they play music for a few hours afterwards. Real nice and relaxing evening with other campers, plus food was excellent. ATT 2-3 bars, free Tengo wifi, almost 2 mbps upload and .37 mbps download, which is faster than most campgrounds we've stayed at in a while and got the job done. Might make this place a winter hang out for a month or two. Highway noise was not all that bad. Owner and staff are outstanding.

Easy on and off the Interstate only 2 miles to campground. Less than 5 miles east of winslow. Water was turned off due to cold nights, but could fill up by dump station if needed. Restrooms were very clean. Only about 5 other campers in park. Barely hear the interstate noise. Called the visitor center and she told me the sites that were reserved, took an empty site and called her back, dropped money in the self registration/pay station. Our site had 50 amp good electric, ATT cell service good. Small trees, sat dish no problem. Great overnight park or to visit Winslow "standing on the corner" park and other attractions.

Stayed here for two weeks. 25 miles from Downtown Vegas. Friendly and helpful owners. Park, Bathroom and showers clean. Site spacing is good. WIFI was upgraded and worked very good, faster than most RV parks we have stayed at. ATT cell service good. Pet friendly park. Park has a lot of of monthly/seasonals, most sites are clean and organized, However there are a few seasonal sites that are junky (detract from the overall appearance) and could use a good cleaning out of junk and storage items. We will definitely stay here again.

Rate is with Good Sam Discount, however we did use Passport for 3 nights which brings rate down even more. Nice clean and well laid out park. All pull thru sites, electric is metered .15 kwh we averaged $6 day, washer and dryer were used to catch up on laundry. Check in was slow, but she got it done. Nice rec room and laundry room. Quiet place to camp and close enough to the attractions in the area. Entrance sign hard to see until you are right on top of it. We will stay here again. Needed to use cell booster for ATT only one bar without it. WIFI was ok, slow in evenings. But, I have been on worse.

Wow! Our kind of park. Nice clean restrooms, enjoyed the layout and the landscaping in the northern half of the park, although the whole park is nice and very clean. Yes, it's a desert environment. Only about 10 spaces taken for first 3 days now about 20 taken. We learned about the history here and visited the excellent museum free with stay and historical society across street in train depot was very enjoyable. Very quiet park and nice staff and volunteers. ATT cell worked with our cell booster 5 bars, but without we picked up movistar from mexico and no ATT. No wifi. Did not cross border. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 5 nights in pull thru, per person fee per day of $7 if you don't have TX parks pass. Cable is snowy but viewable. Att 3 bars LTE, no wifi. Current campground host cleans the restrooms and showers everyday and does a great job, they are older buildings and could be replaced, but they are ok to use. Pool is 74 degrees year round from artisian spring. Gas station in town has a cafe with burgers and some fried food, burgers and fries were good, not much else in town. Quiet place to relax at, a lot of over nighters stop while traveling on I-10, only had about 10 campers in park each day. We would stay here again.

I will concur with other comments by herbee in Jan 2016. We called and made a reservation, pay when you get there. Bud came out and met us as we pulled in and showed us to our site. Sites are large and level, you are in the desert, no grass, just gravel and dirt. Water pressure and electric good, ATT cell service 3 & 4 bar 3G. Park WIFI best I have had to date, very fast. Small Rv park with 2 showers/bathrooms in a mobile home as well as washer/dryer, kitchen and rec area, all were very clean. Bud had a campfire that night a bunch of campers sat around and socialized. Very clean, small and quiet park. Irene provided us with information on Big Bend NP and Ranch SP. Bud and Irene have recently sold and I believe the new owners should continue the nice atmosphere that we encountered here. Will definitely stay here if in the area again.

I agree with previous post. Nice COE park, friendly attendants that care about the park and keep it pretty darn clean. Nice spacious and level pull thru sites with water view, 50 amp. Back ins are 30 Amp. ATT cell service good at park, good water pressure and no electric problems.
