The staff that run this park are great. After checking they take you to your site and help back you in if you want. They couldn't be more friendly. Yes there are permanents and long term people, but their sites are very clean and everyone is extremely friendly. The grounds are kept very clean and the site's albeit are not completely level but it doesn't take much to get level. The bathroom's are older but spotless as are the shower's. They welcome pet's but don't have a specific place for the, all they ask is that where ever you take them to please clean up after them and I have to say I didn't see anything that had been left on the ground. Nice pool, didn't use it and a nice little rec room, also didn't use it. Henry Coe park is within a very short walking distance and there are numerous trails to walk. Use the web site direction's, Hwy 9 is very curvy. We saw rig's of every size there. Overall this is a wonderful park, you feel safe and relaxed. We look forward to staying there again.

This park is a country type park. There are about 50% long term tenants, however these people keep their sites very clean and are very friendly. The bathhouse allthough a little older, and could use some updating, was extremely clean. The pool also was very clean. They have a very large dog run area that your pets can use off leash, which we found to be nice and worth the extra $1 per day. The sites all seemed long enough but were not very wide, could not put the awning out, slides no problem. The hookups were in the right places, water and electric in back and sewer in the middle. Lots of shade but there really didn't seem to be allot for kids. Extremely convenient location to the Bay area and also Napa. This park makes you feel welcome and safe. I would recommend this place and will return.

This is a nice RV park. They have allot of cable channel's and the WiFi is very strong and free. The sites are deep enough but not very wide and there is dead grass in between them. There is also no landscaping in between them making them not very private. The staff is friendly and the park is kept clean. I would stay here again

This is what RV resorts should all be like. The place is clean and very well kept. Premium sites are concrete and very level. they are a good size extremely easy to get into. I would have only one very small complaint and that is they run the sprinklers at the sites every night to keep the grass green. My grassy area was fairly soggy most of the time but that could be over looked for beauty of the park. I will return here often.

This is a real nice place, a little pricy but look where you are. The sites are large enough and easy to get into. There is landscaping in between all the sites as well, giving you privacy. The staff has always been very friendly and willing to do what it takes to make you happy. We were given a site that was just the length of my trailer and I went and asked to move to a larger site and they had no problem with that. The beach is within walking distance and there is a great bike trail all the way to Pacific Grove. There is also a very nice restaurant within walking distance. We will continue to come here.
