Back-in sites along highway 14-16-20 are tight and night time noise was minimal. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained but no doors (curtains) on stalls. They do not take credit cards.

An adequate, basic place to stay with no hook-ups. Next to San Juan river, so expect mosquitoes. No access to water here, but there is a boat launch nearby. Pit toilets and a water spicket at entrance. Road noise. It beats staying in a commercial RV park.

Overall we had an enjoyable visit and we recommend. 74 spaces, most pull thru, about a mile off highway with minor vehicle noise. Good laundry, lots of tourist brochures in office (free coffee), ice for sale. Bathroom clean but a little dated, but I liked the privacy curtains and cloth mats. Two free gas grills (I couldnt get to work), the grates were clean but there was a huge build-up of residue at the bottom. Mature trees, sites have small patches of grass and a picnic table (which needed to be sanded and re-stained and sealed). Roads and sites are gravel. Easy in and out for all sizes of RV. Cable and WiFi good. Best value around.

Not overly impressed with this large park next to a busy, loud, four lane highway. Sites are gravel with good space between sites but mine did not have a picnic table. Lots of things to do for those who live here full-time during the winter. Good location to tour the area, easy in, easy out. If you go south then come back north to the park, you will pass thru a Border Patrol checkpoint, which slows you down a little but is not a problem.

Older park that needs a major make over especially in their bathrooms, ladies, no not use the "outside" showers that have been added to the end of the main facility, as there is a space at the top of the wall that the shower next to yours can look into your stall, use the showers in the ladies bathroom instead. If you want the basics, elect., water and sewer, OK to stay here. Lots of pine trees, adequate space between sites, relatively flat site. Convenient to downtown and shopping, quiet.

very safe feeling. picnic table on concrete and asphalt pad for trailer. a bit expensive without Sr Pass 50% discount since no water for RV and no dump station and no shower. but overall, a beautiful, convenient park and I would come back.

Starting to show it's age, lots of jerry-rigged repairs. New cable TV system did not work. Bathrooms really showing their age and use. Most sites are seasonal or full time. Gravel, pull thru, level. Good laundry. Some trees but not in the far end of park. Better than dry camping.

They really pack them in here, side by side in most sites, 5 feet to neighbor. At check in clerk failed to tell us about the $5 refundable deposit for a bathroom key, so I didn't get a shower. Park has poor grounds maintenance. Most sites not level. Stayed here because casino is 3 min away. Pretty setting next to forest. Has potential but needs work. No picnic table or cooking grill.

This park is stuck in the 70's and is in need of a major remodel. Concrete around office area all cracked, fascia rotting, needs painting. Bathrooms smell of mold and are dingy and dirty feeling. Wife would not use bathroom. Some street noise due to large truck stop across the street. You will need your own TV outside cable. Easy in and out. Would not stay there again.

A hidden gem off the beaten path. Extremely well kept property that shows pride of ownership. Very quiet in a wooded area with a walking path. Only 2 rigs in park. Would have stayed longer but schedule did not allow. Lots of pretty country to see in this area. The owners are super. Highly recommend.
