Beantown Campground, Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We found this park after staying at another campground further south. This park is well maintained, has a beautiful heated pool and the best WIFI connectivity we have ever had! We sometimes work and need reliable access to the internet. This campgrounds will impress you with the internet speed! There's a play area for kids as well. If you are exploring Door County and want a clean, well connected location at a great price, this is the place. Highly recommended! We camped at Beantown Campground in a Motorhome.

Wow! This is one of the nicest campgrounds we've stayed at. Large sites, most with shady trees to keep you cool. The campgrounds is large and very well maintained. Staff was friendly and welcoming and provided us with the park rules, directions and park services. We would definitely return and stay at this location in the future if we have the opportunity. We camped at Double J Campground and RV Park in a Motorhome.

Sundermeier RV Park, Saint Charles, Missouri

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $53.00

They list the campgrounds as "award winning". For what? The campgrounds were neat and clean and the pads were extra wide (double actually). The grass was mowed and the services were available (water, sewer, electric). The not so nice details are the noise. The campgrounds is located very near MO 370 which is 6 lanes wide at that point and busy. OK, campers are used to campgrounds near highways. I can't call that a negative or a positive so it's a neutral. But, there's a busy freight rail line that's between the highway and the campgrounds! If that isn't bad enough, how about being in-line with the St Louis airport runways 4.5 miles away? That's not enough for you? How about a park owner that allows one camper to have 5 dogs in an outside pen on their campsite? You get the picture. Would I return? Definitely not. We camped at Sundermeier RV Park in a Motorhome.

Little Farm On The River LLC, Rising Sun, Indiana

Date of Stay: July, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

For us this is one of the best RV parks we have found. No, they don't have cable but the antenna picked up some stations. The place is well managed and constantly maintained. You could see people working on different things every day we stayed there (about 8 days). We had planned on a 4 day stay but enjoyed the camping so much we extended our stay. If you are looking for a well kept campgrounds that is peaceful and quiet, this is the place. We would stay there again! We camped at Little Farm On The River LLC in a Motorhome.
