Two Rivers Campground, Nashville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: December, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

The front office staff was very friendly, they were kind enough to call when we were running late, however it does not make up for the fact that this is a very tired park. Low water pressure, poor roads, uneven gravel sites. It backs up to a Commercial area. We stayed here to go to the Grand Ole Opry and it is very close. Fortunately we were only here for a few nights. We camped at Two Rivers Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

There is a Camping World next door. They have propane but you cant have your tow car connected as the drive does not go all they way around (found out the hard way, do not pull in the lot).

Hwy 71 RV Park, Cedar Creek, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

My recommendation is go elsewhere. This is a very tired park with marginal water pressure and uneven spaces. With Austin traffic it is much further from downtown austin then they would have you believe. The office staff was friendly but not very helpful. The back of the park seemed to be occupied by folks who lived on the property, not very friendly. The interior roads are in need of resurfacing. We camped at Hwy 71 RV Park in a Motorhome.

Austin Lone Star Carefree RV Resort, Austin, Texas

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed at this park a few years ago and it went well. This time we had some issues but the park staff was great. They worked with our changing schedule and moved us to accommodate an issue that we were having. They are working on the park and will be upgrading a number of items. The only negative is the Austin Traffic and accessing I-35. So leave plenty of time. There is a fair amount of traffic noise towards the front depending on the time of day or night. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Austin Lone Star Carefree RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Hacienda RV Resort, Las Cruces, New Mexico

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We liked this park. Unfortunately we were just passing through. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The spaces were clean and well organized. There is a wooden partition between the spots. It was quiet and easy to get in and out of. We had a pull through spot. We camped at Hacienda RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The park is past the RV dealer (left side) on the right. The entrance is just before the road veers to the left.

LVM Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $70.00
Overall Rating:

This a very nice, safe and clean park. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. Some spaces are owner occupied and some are for rent. We stayed here for 9 days. We did not use the amenities but they looked immaculate. Access to the park is through a 24 hour attended gate. Airport and road noise were not an issue. It takes about 15 to 20min to get to the middle of Las Vegas Blvd. We camped at LVM Resort in a Motorhome.

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This is a well run clean park with great views. The office staff was helpful and friendly. One of the nicer parks we have stayed in. It is a little further out then we wanted to be from Phoenix, but the park views made up for it. We camped at Eagle View RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Whispering Hills RV Park, Georgetown, Kentucky

Date of Stay: December, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We were running late due to unpredictable weather. The staff was great! They called to check on us and offered to come back to the park to check us in. The park is clean and well organized. As others have said the mix of rock and clay in the wet weather is a little off putting, but the sites are well maintained. The road in is not really a problem, just take your time. We have stayed here before and will definitely return. We camped at Whispering Hills RV Park in a Motorhome.

Catherine's Landing, Hot Springs, Arkansas

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed at. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The sites are clean and large. Beautiful setting. Wish they would do away with the fire pits. Inconsiderate neighbor filled our coach with smoke!. GPS is wrong, use 545 Carpenter Dam Road and it will take you right to it. About 15 minute ride to downtown Hot Springs. Will definitely stay there again. We camped at Catherine's Landing in a Motorhome.
