Yes, this is an older park, but the sites are spacious even for a big rig (we are 41 feet) with a large space to park the tow. There are only back-in sites, so this may not be convenient for just an overnight stop in motorcoach. The sites are clean and all have large concrete pads which include the patio area. There are trains and planes; however, the noise is not bad at all. We would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Long pull thru sites which are great for an overnight stop. No cable and somewhat limited OTA reception. The utilities are properly placed and the park has 50 amp service (important since the PT sites do not have shade). There is a picnic table and concrete slab patio at each site. The check-in was easy and friendly. We would stay here again if in the area. As someone stated, there are many long term residents, but their sites were clean and neat.

Date of Stay:

Good location if visiting in the area. The hookups worked properly. Every site appeared to be large with a spacious concrete pad that had a picnic table on it. We were in site 80 and the WiFi worked for us (previous camper stated that it did not in this site). The campground is close enough to stores and other necessities. We would stay here again if in the area.

Mount Pleasant was a convenient overnight stop; the town was not a destination. The person checking us in was friendly and attentive. The sites are large enough for a 42 ft. Big Rig with a tow vehicle and have convenient hookups. There is water, electric, and sewer hookup. The cable TV channel list was extensive and the Wi-Fi worked well. The campground was quiet, even though it was near a train track and a highway intersection. The bathrooms are immaculate and the sites are very clean. We would stay here again for a night or 2 stop.

The bathrooms and laundry are very, very clean and the service was friendly. However, the sites need to be mowed and most need more gravel. Additionally, the 'yard' area is not level. Because of the location, OTA reception is very poor; the campground needs to invest in cable. This park is good for an overnight stop, but I wouldn't suggest it for longer stays. The road noise is not too bad; however, it is very evident.

The sites are not as level as they could be and because the campground is gravel, the campground is dusty. The service was great and the bathrooms and laundry room were very clean. We would stay here again if in the area.

The 12 full hook up sites are perfect for a large Motorhome. Each site has a picnic table and fire pit. The bathrooms are clean and the park is kept mowed. I would not recommend the non-sewer sites for large RVs since the roads in that area are tight and the sites are much closer than in the new upper full service area. The only thing that would make this park better would be a cable service; sometimes the OTA service was uneven. We will stay here again when in the area.

Date of Stay:

Only 30 amp service is available; this makes it tough for a large Motorcoach to use A/C, etc. The bathrooms are in very poor condition and the laundry room had no working dryers. It is OK for an overnight stop, but I would not suggest longer stays. The I-70 noise is not very bad at all, but the number of run-down permanent campers, 30 amp service only, and poor bathrooms makes this an unacceptable RV park for us. We probably would not stay here again.

Sites are very tight for large RVs. Sites are short and the neighbors are very, very close. The cable is unusual, but it works and the utilities work accurately. However, too costly for the value. We will try another park next time.

The staff is friendly and the utilities worked fine (water pressure is low). That is the good. We have stayed in this park 3 times in the past. Each time was a little bit worse than the previous one. This time our site had large dips (not level), needed more gravel on the pad site and was a complete mud pit in the non gravel area. The park needs to admit that they do not have grass in certain areas within a site (sites have lots of low areas) and they need to place gravel or mulch at the sites. The outside area of our coach was totally unusable for 7 days! We will not return again. Way too much money for such a poor site.

There are a limited number of sites with full hook-up facilities, so make a reservation if you need a sewer. The sites are long enough for a 42 foot motorhome if you park your tow vehicle on the ground (which is allowed at this park). The sites are spacious and the trees are very nice. As one reviewer stated, some sites are less level than others. All are concrete pads, which is nice during rainy days. We will stay here again in the future.

Date of Stay:

As the previous reviewer stated - noisy (trains and I-95). I will also add that the roads are very tight and some sites are almost impossible to get into with a Big Rig. Additionally, there is no WiFi (unlike some other Broward County Parks). Some of the sites (such as B12) have a sewer location that required 30 feet of hose! The restroom on the B road is rusted and badly in need of updating. The sites themselves are of a reasonable size and have asphalt. The utilities operated as they should and security seemed adequate. It is also the only campsite in the general area. We will not stay here again.

This park would rate a 10 if they had 50 amp service. We are a 'big rig' and 30 amps is just not enough. Since it was winter, we were able to manage; however, I think A/C would be a problem in the summer. Sites are large enough for a 42 ft. Motorcoach and the setting is lovely. There are also quite a few services in the area, so getting food, etc. is very easy. A good place to camp!

Sites are level and long enough; however, they are way too close to each other. We are so close to the next site that our awning cannot be opened. There is a nice concrete pad for the picnic table, but it is too close to the RV (must park the RV where it is because the site is too narrow; also told must do it this way by the owner) to be really usable. The laundry room is marginally clean; however, the washers and dryers are so rusty that I would not use them. The bathrooms are clean enough - nothing spectacular. The roads have lots of large potholes and are dirt and gravel, which fill with water when it rains hard (as it does in Florida).

Very lovely with the feel of a neighborhood. As a previous reviewer stated "this does not feel like an RV Park". The only negative is that it is a little pricey for a long stay. This is an ownership park and the owners around us made us feel very welcome. We would stay here again.
