Lake Sakakawea State Park, Pick City, North Dakota

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice state park. I have been coming here for many years, and they keep the park very clean. It can get a bit noisy on busy weekends, but due to budget cuts, they are short staffed and will try to tend to the problem. The roads are all paved inside the park and the sites are gravel. The water is from the rural water system so it is very good water. We camped at Lake Sakakawea State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

A Prairie Breeze RV Park, Menoken, North Dakota

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

The park is very noisy as you are next to the Interstate and also train tracks near by. Also there are several workers staying here and one camper has a drum set in it and plays very loud and sometimes goes till after 10 pm. I have complained to the owners, but nothing has been done about the loud music. It is a clean park and reasonable in price. The rest rooms and showers are clean and I like the laundry available, but the noise gets to you after awhile. We camped at A Prairie Breeze RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
