It's all about location - it's Key West and everything is very expensive. No discounts available. Rate was for off season FHU with our rig backed up to the water. Nice resort with paved roads and wide level sandy sites. All back-in sites with palm trees and some bushes between sites. Good satellite signal, cable TV, password protected WiFi and good cell signal. Several clean restroom and shower facilities, nice laundry, pool and store. Water on three sides and private boat ramp and dock. Park clean and staff helpful and friendly. Very busy on the weekends.
