Nice large RV resort with gravel roads and sites with table and grass. Very few trees and mostly back in sites with FHU. Recently remodeled with longer sites for big rigs but not enough for parking. Weak wi-fi, average cell signal, open skies for sat tv. Nice grass area around fishing pond and playground. Large open pavilion with some activities. Nice pool but no club house. ATVs prohibited. Bring extra leveling blocks as sites off over a foot front to back. No tents. 3 miles from the main hwy. Staff friendly and helpful. We will return.

Nice small RV campground with paved roads and gravel sites with a concrete patio, table and grass. A few trees, but mostly open sites. All back in sites with FHU. A little tight but doable for big rigs. Weak secured wi-fi, average cell signal, cable tv, open skies for sat tv. Nice grass area alongside creek. No game room, no club house, no pool, no scheduled activities. Separate area for tents. 2 miles from the Main hwy thru town. Owners friendly and helpful. We will return. Great value with PA.

Small campground with gravel roads, gravel sites and grass. No toilets or showers, no office, no clubhouse, no laundry. Nothing but a nice place to park with trees and full utilities. Most sites have clean monthly rigs, and there are only a few sites for travelers. Get your site # before arriving and pull in and park. Several traveler sites are across the street from the sign and entrance. Had to loop through and get back on main road, find a U-turn and come back in other entrance. The very nice owner will show up later and check on you. Free secure Wi-Fi and cable TV. Quiet and serene. 10 miles to Ashville. We will return.

Nice RV resort with gravel roads and level gravel sites with lots of grass. Several pavilions and small lake, playgrounds, no pool or club house. Great park for big rigs. Good free cable, good free secured wi fi, good cell signal and open for satellite. Sites 1 - 4 overlook rest of park. Office staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet and 10 miles to Mayberry. PA during the week and GS on weekends. We will return.

Like the name says, it is a RV Park not a resort or campground, paved roads and 30 paved level sites with grass and good utilities. No pool, no showers, no RR, no store, no laundry or playground. Close to Confederate Museum and historical Appomattox Courthouse National Park. All sites open sky for satellite. Good cell, strong free wi fi in site C-11. Good base to visit area but not a good value. Park three fourths empty in late July weekend. Recommend staying 2 nites to visit Nat'l park and museum in one full day. One mile to town and Walmart. Don't stay in site 1 thru 10 as on busy entrance road to MHP. Staff helpful and friendly.

Very large nice family campground up in the hills. Gravel roads and gravel sites with full hookups or water/electric. Both open sky and wooded sites. Sites level but narrow. OK for big rigs. Stayed in red premium site #9. Nice family pool, playground, bounce pillow, lake with beaches and fishing. On-site laundry. OK cell and over-the-air TV, very good cable and free secured but weak WiFi. Nice clubhouse and small store. Kids activities on weekends. 10 miles to Walmart and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Passport America discount only during valid weekdays though Passport America web site states no restrictions. Will stay again.

Now called Williamsburg CampPark Very large old park, just a few miles from the historical colonial sites. Gravel road and grass sites with FHU or W/E. Sites level but narrow. Lucky no neighbors, in fact park almost empty in July. Old but clean RR and showers, nice pool. No on-site laundry. Both open sky and wooded sites. Good cell, no cable and good over the air TV. Very weak free wi fi. No clubhouse or store. Park suffering from lack of maintenance and upkeep but still ok. Good base to visit area and good value. One mile to Walmart and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Very large park with paved main roads, gravel site roads and grass sites, gated entry, club house, pool, and rec room. Private boat launch and pier which is dry at low tide. Most sites are back in, long and spacious. Only a dozen sites have sewer. Water is between two sites so both need 50 feet of hose and entire sections of shaded sites have no water available. Showers and toilets are 200 yards from sites. The dump station hose is broken at top of stand pipe so you and the rig get a shower but nothing comes out of the rinse hose and there is no faucet to use your own hose, so the dump station is a toxic waste site. Weak and slow free Wi Fi only in rec room. Land area is very large and ½ mile from gate to sites another ½ miles from sites to pool and rec room. No store on site, 8 miles to small store and 20 miles to Walmart. No cable and only a few over the air TV stations. No access to water or any beach. Another TT park continuing its downhill slide. Only about 1/3 of original sites active, all others abandoned and utilities non-functioning. Active sites well maintained. Have both open and wooded (no water) sites. Last 5 miles to park on narrow paved road. Staff nice and helpful, but will not return.

In over 110 reviews and 35 states this is my only second rating of 10. Long straight narrow paved driveway into the gated entry. Nice RV resort with gravel roads and level gravel sites with large concrete patio, table and lots of grass. Club house, pool, pavilion and small food store. Very nice 5 acre lake surrounded by sites that alternate between drive thru and back in so rigs are back to back but still 10 ft apart with utilities situated in the middle between sites. Sites are staggered so each has large front grass area. Great park for big rigs. Good free cable, good free secured wi fi, good cell signal and open for satellite. Paddle boats for use, mini golf and fishing. RR and showers are nice but a long walk from RV sites so you should be self-contained but they are close to the tent sites. Office staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet and 20 miles to small town. Also has several cabins and motel rooms available. We will return.

Very large mobile home / park model park with a dozen overnight sites. Paved road with grass sites, gated entry, club house, water slide and pool, snack bar and small store. Private boat launch and pier. Most non-permanent sites are back in, short, uphill and close together. Utility pedestal close to front of site and sewer outlet in back corner so difficult to empty mid-rig outlet going uphill. Had multiple low voltage occurrences. Only one trash location and only 5 washing machines for over 700 sites. Wi-Fi $4 per day and extra charge for cable TV. At this premium price I expect a premium park and site. They also add a $4 resort fee to published price. Even with Passport America discount on weekdays, we will not return.

Would have rated higher but not for big rigs due to trees with overhanging branches and only 30 amps. Nice small RV campground with gravel roads and dirt sites with a table. Mostly big trees for plenty of shade, but only a couple of sites can get satellite. All back in sites with FHU. No wi-fi, average cell signal, but free cable tv. Nice shower house but no game room, no club house, no pool, or laundry, and no scheduled activities. But very quiet. Separate area for tents and pop-ups with playground. 5 miles from beach. Owner friendly and helpful. GPS couldn't find it even though on main road. ½ mile east of KOA. Would stay there again.

Very nice RV resort with gravel roads and sites with grass areas and table. A ½ mile away from highway. Surround by big trees so very quiet, but open sites in center. Sites with and without trees. Mostly big rig pull thru with FHU. Free open Wi-Fi, good cell signal, satellite TV signal in most sites but no cable TV. No game room or club house. Nice small swimming pool, fishing pond, playground, laundry and picnic pavilion. No scheduled activities. Staff friendly and helpful. Be aware of extra charges using PA. $5.00 electric charge on all sites, sewer is extra $3.00 and 50 amp is extra $3.00. With the SC Tax of 11.5% my $17 site cost $32.

Nice large park of manufactured homes development for rentals to military service people for the local army base. In a small town residential neighborhood. Long and wide back-in sites with grass, table and concrete parking pad for tow vehicle. No trees so no shade but good satellite signal. Good Verizon signal, cable TV and campground Wi-Fi. Office staff friendly and helpful. Nice laundry. No pool or rec room and no common restrooms or showers. Not for family weekend camping, but great for travelers. Quiet. 30 miles to Savannah. Will stay there again.

Date of Stay:

Some towering trees for some shade and lots of grass. Most sites can get satellite signals. Cable tv, good antenna TV, good open wi-fi, good cell signal. No pool, no rec room, no store or activities. Park clean and staff helpful. Half mile from I-95. Will stay there again.
