Atwood Lion's Park, Atwood, Kansas

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice park, a little off the beaten path, but I would say well worth it. Small park run by the Lions Club, all proceeds go to them. Very quiet here. Spots right on their lake. Lake not for swimming but a pleasant place to walk. Would stay here again. We camped at Atwood Lion's Park in a Travel Trailer.

Amish Country Campsites, Winesburg, Ohio

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

The only reason I gave this park an overall 8, was because some of the sites were small. We have a 26 ft trailer, and it just fit on our site. However, there were bigger sites, but they were already occupied since we stayed Labor Day weekend. Very close to many Amish towns. Would stay here again. Owners very nice. We camped at Amish Country Campsites in a Travel Trailer.

Beacon 44 RV Park, Port O'Connor, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Really enjoyed staying at this park. The owners are very nice and welcoming. We stayed here with our two beautiful labs. They were very welcome. Heard about the 1st Annual Crawfish Cook out, down at the local park, from the owners. Went down to the event and totally enjoyed it. Planning on going back again. Lovely neighbors in the campground. Would totally recommend this campground and will be back ourselves. The sites are concrete and spacious. Not far from the beach. Has a swimming pool and a fishing pond. We camped at Beacon 44 RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
