Orange Grove RV Park, Bakersfield, California

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park with very nice owners/management. Very clean, good sized spaces, well maintained, free donuts and candy in the office, nice lodge, pool, fenced play area for the kids, and WiFi is decent close to the office. Decent store in the office with mailboxes for each spot. We were here for a little over a week and would definitely stay again. Only negative is the distance to stores and restaurants. We camped at Orange Grove RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Club Royal Oak RV Resort, Kingsburg, California

Date of Stay: February, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Good luck getting a hold of anyone in the office! Not the greatest management. The park is well kept and the spots are big, grassy, and shady. The river only has water in it for a short time in the summer. The WiFi is awful. You can't even pick it up that well right outside the office but I have yet found a park that actually has good WiFi. Overall it isn't bad. There is a big grassy area at the front that is nice for the kids to explore and play. Paved roads but grassy spots. Some have a cement patio but some don't. But I would probably try another RV park in Kingsburg next time. We camped at Club Royal Oak RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Vines RV Resort, Paso Robles, California

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

We loved this resort! Very well kept, friendly owners and managers, and just beautiful. There is some freeway noise depending on your spot but it wasn't bad. The lots are all nice stamped cement with nice landscaping in between. Roads are all paved. Very happy with our stay here. We were here for about 6 weeks while my husband worked in the area. Such a beautiful area with so much to do. We camped at Vines RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

San Bernardino RV Park, San Bernardino, California

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

We happened upon this park mainly because we were in the area and needed somewhere quick and this was the first place to answer the phone. We were pleasantly surprised! It is a gated, keypad code required, park. It is very clean and quiet and feels very safe. There is no playground or pool but the cleanliness and quiet makes up for that. We didn't use the bathrooms but the laundry was very clean and reasonably priced. The manager is very friendly and helpful. It seems that this park hasn't always been this way but it has made some great improvements. We would recommend this park to anyone. We stayed here for 6 days and would have stayed longer had my husband not been called to work in another area. The WiFi is free and wasn't always a great signal but over all it was fine. You couldn't stream videos or Netflix with it but it is great for just browsing the internet. Very happy with this RV park. We camped at San Bernardino RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
