Mountain Road RV Park, Tucumcari, New Mexico

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

A convenient overnight stop off of I-40. We have stayed here several times. Walking distance to Pilot and Love's fuel/food stops. A short drive to town, if you need more food options. Some visitors have not cleaned up after their pets at some sites, but most are clean. Rate reflects Good Sam/50 amp. AT&T phones were off-network, and had only an "E" (Edge) connection. 4 washers (all working) and 4 dryers (3 working). We camped at Mountain Road RV Park in a Motorhome.

Florida Springs RV Resort and Campgrounds, Bonifay, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2013 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

This park has a convenient location (off I-10) and an outstanding restaurant. Quick on/off the freeway is great. Restaurant is not to be missed--in the top 10% of the restaurants we have tried over the past year. Call the park office for hours (dinner only, I believe). The park and campsites are unpaved. Daily charge shown based on Passport America rate and tax. Good ATT 4G LTE cell phone coverage. I would stay here again. We camped at Florida Springs RV Resort and Campgrounds in a Motorhome.

Moore's RV Park (formerly Desert Rose Resort), Bloomfield, New Mexico

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

We were somewhat leery of Desert Rose because of past reviews, but decided to try it because of location (we planned to visit Chaco Canyon). We are glad we made the decision to stay. Nice park, quiet, neat. Much trimming, cleaning completed during our stay. Pool opened during our stay. Great staff, always helpful. Convenient to Salmon Ruins and Aztec Ruins (both Chacoan), as well as good access to Chaco Canyon. Good 4G ATT phone service. We plan to stay here again. Rate reflects one month stay. We camped at Moore's RV Park (formerly Desert Rose Resort) in a Motorhome.

Santa Fe Skies RV Park, Santa Fe, New Mexico

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Park is laid out with most sites on a hillside, with staggered spaces. We liked the layout, which gave many sites a view to the West. Great staff, great facilities. Location is close to the intersection of I-25 and the 599 Bypass. Very convenient to the south side of town, quick access to central Santa Fe, but no in-town traffic. Rate reflects 50 amp site, Good Sam rate. We will use this campground again. We camped at Santa Fe Skies RV Park in a Motorhome.
