Kitty Hawk RV Park, Kitty Hawk, North Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

When we called to make reservations we were not told the park has no bath house, and there were no shower rooms. The price was $55 a night. It is across the road from the beach. The managers were nice, but we feel they should inform campers they have no showers or laundry. Will not recommend due to no bathroom. We camped at Kitty Hawk RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Deer Run RV Resort, Crossville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $35.00

Beautiful park. Mens bathhouse was ok. Womens in #2 was a mess. Could be because a large amount of middle age girls were there for ball tournament. Nice lake walk. Nice store. Private. Gate uses card. People very nice. Saw deer, as we were leaving. Have kept the park theme, by lots of trees. All spaces are large. Would recommend. Not close to town. Quiet We camped at Deer Run RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Waynesboro North 340 Campground, Waynesboro, Virginia

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Only good thing was clean bathrooms Be best to pay 1 night at a time. NO REFUNDS foe any reason. Trees are pretty. But there are too many rundown tacky live in trailers. Manager is rude. Seems most people leave the trailers for vacations. Just too much tacky stuff it is out in nowhere. Would not recommend. We camped at Waynesboro North 340 Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

They do not have bath house, and do not inform you of this when you make reservations. We were not told they had no bathroom or showers. Ask others if they were told and they said no. This a no frills place. I think most the RVs were perm there on beach. People in office were friendly. Would not go back. Too expensive for a place to park; very small sites. We camped at Kitty Hawk RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Perfect place to stay in every way. Would recommend this to any adult. The people are so helpful. They have cabins, too. Was just wonderful country. Can walk to town. Can take evening walks out around the beautiful Amish farms. This campgrounds was pretty, clean, and you would love it as much as we did. We did not want to leave. A lot of return people camp here. There is no way anyone (adult only) could find anything wrong here We camped at Beacon Hill Campground (Ages16+) in a Fifth Wheel.
