Waupun County Campground, Waupun, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

First be aware that whether you make reservation on line or just show up at park there is a $5.00 reservation fee. Also there is a huge amount of bugs. Most spaces are shaded and many are spacious. Water only and the dump station fill up is on way into cammpground so to use after stay you have to drive all around loop. Crowed on week ends and not so much during the week. Not really terrible place but I will not use again if I can help it. We camped at Waupun County Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Little A'le'Inn, Alamo, Nevada

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Nothing fancy but decent spot - very pleasant management and lots of sky and stars. I would stop again - most remote place you could imagine. We camped at Little A'le'Inn in a Fifth Wheel.

Driftwood RV Park & Fishing Resort, Los Molinos, California

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

New owners are trying but have a ways to go. Very nice location right on river with most sites water and electric only - no sewer. A few with full hookups but these are a bit hard to get in to. Good Wi-Fi and water pressure. Not good place for big rigs. Management friendly and helpful. It was good location for us but I would not pay full rate of 38.00. I think this was a neglected and old park that new owners are working on improving and it could be a great place in a few years? We did have great view of river. There is a train but that did not bother us but it might others. We camped at Driftwood RV Park & Fishing Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Sun & Fun RV Park, Tulare, California

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Sites short and very close together and most very hard to back in to. Noise from traffic and train but worst was very loud motorcycle in early AM. I would not go back nor recommend it though the manager was pleasant. We camped at Sun & Fun RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Haggard's RV Campground, Pueblo West, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Very good value for money. The new owners are working hard to improve park and are very helpful. Pool has been open and is very clean and pleasant. Most spots are pull through, level and full hookup. Big Rig friendly. Great view of mountains and quiet and clean. There is not much shade but they are are working on that with lots of new trees planted. We would definitely stay again. We camped at Haggard's RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Foot of the Rockies RV & Storage, Colorado Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

This park is close to a lot of things and staff is friendly. This is a very basic park more like a gravel parking lot with hookups. It is close to highway which is handy but noisy. Sites are close but mostly level and hook ups are modern though the sewer hook up done more like dump station so hard to get a good seal - odors seemed to get out. There are a lot of monthly rentals so not much space for overnight guests. Good for a over night in a pinch. We camped at Foot of the Rockies RV & Storage in a Fifth Wheel.
