Clean Restrooms staff very friendly. Site was gravel road. Camp site kind of close but acceptable. We had a fire ring and full hookup. Could get satellite or we could have used their cable which w2as okay but limited stations. Very nice park Clean.

Each section of this park had one toilet and one shower. The shower and bathroom looked like something from the 1940s. Filthy. Seasonal guests mostly with very little room for your trailer to squeeze in. Sites are set on each other with very little room to do anything. The only nice thing about this place was the ocean was within walking distance of the place. Good Sam rated this place as a 9/10/9 I don't know who did that but they must have been drunk to rate this dump that. I talked to one of the cleaners and they said that the park was bought by someone else and there was to be upgraded. Fat chance!

Very nice park, sites were clean and roomy, shower and bath house very undated with tile throughout. Only had 3 comodes in men's and womans had 4, showers were very nice but you never knew if you were going to have a warm or cold shower, pressure poor. Had to lput the shower handle to get them to work. Most of our trip the showers were barely warm. The play area and pool were nice and large. The Hot tub just warm at best. But we would stay here again. Got Satellite signal okay.

Great looking park quiet because it was after schools started so we had our pick of sites. The only thing wrong with this park is that they had two shower and bath houses with just one shower and toilet. If someone was showering or going to the bathroom you would have to wait. The sbath house was about 10 x 15 and quite nice but only one in each location. I would never stay there if it was prime camping time. They seem to assume that everyone showers in their camper. The A/C did not work in the bath house and they had no intention of fixing it and the outside light to the bath houses were disconnected because as they put it Bugs. The bathroom toilet outside of it was never cleaned so do they clean it? A little pricey for what you get.

Bath Houses were dated and very old. This is another RV park with the shower wall 2 foot off the floor so that your changing area is getting wet by the person next to you and your changing area gets wet because there is no curb to stop water from your changing area. We just stayed one night so this is not a bad place to pass though.

This has to be one of the worst compound we have been at. The bath house was a real dump, sinks out of order, showers didn't work and the ones that did just barely. The staff not too friendly. The site they gave us barely fit my 23 foot travel trailer. Don't waste your money on this place!!

Staff very nice and helpful, showers were nice but need updating. Not enough showers or toilets. again another shower area too small and the floor gets wet because of no curb or longer shower curtains. but overall I would stay there again.

Showers and bathrooms are very dated but clean and nice. Not really worth the price but for a stop over it's okay. Poor Wi--Fi.

RV park in the middle of the badlands but a little hard to find. The shower rooms are dated and very little room to change. The staff very nice Bathrooms very dated and old but for a stop over the price was good and it's in the middle of the Badlands. Just make sure before you get there you fill up the tanks because no gas station around except 2 and the price is very very pricey.

Nice parkbut the showers were very bad. No room to change clothes the bottom of the shower wall is about 18 inches from floor so that the person in the next shower's water gets on your changing area and the floor so you have to change with a wet floor. There is no curb so when you take a shower the water gets in your changing area. The shower house is dated in the 50's I figure. Other than that we stayed for 1 night and as a stop over it's not bad but not worth the cost.

Bath Houses are 1980's There is not enough room to change and the floor is always wet because the shower curtains are too short. Spider webs and bugs all over, we were there for three days and no one cleaned the floor or bugs. Poor housekeeping!!. For a State park you'd think it would be better. You have to keep pushing the valve or the water shuts off. The park itself is nice and roomy and the store is very nice with fresh ice cream that they scoop out for $3.00. Great Deal.

Very nice park with very clean bathrooms and showers. Each shower has it's own entrance and were cleaned daily. Park is very nice with a lot of room. Close to Pigeon Forge and all the attractions. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this park. Great place to stay!!

We stayed one night. When we got there they put us in the site that we reserved but it was for a 50 amp trailer when I told them that we needed 30 amp when we made the reservation. They gave us a site that we barely fit on with our trailer and truck which was 33 feet. Bathrooms were clean but we needed a code to get into them and they gave the wrong number for the woman's bath. The bath houses are old and need updating with very little room to change your clothes without opening the door to put your clothes on. We were there for one night but would not stay there again.
