Pensacola RV Park, Pensacola, Florida

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

We really loved this park! Stayed for almost a month in our 35ft. motorhome, in one of the back-in spots. The campground is right off I-10, but is extremely quiet and feels like you are out in the country. Bathrooms, showers, and laundry are kept in excellent condition. Owner are friendly and helpful. There are wonderful shade trees and plenty of places to walk. I would give this park a "10", but the road coming into the park is pretty rough... roomy and easy to navigate, but rough. We camped at Pensacola RV Park in a Motorhome.

Fort Pickens Campground, Pensacola, Florida

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Rate has recently increased from $20 a night to $26 a night, but you can't beat that price for a campground at such a gorgeous beach! The park is old, so the campground roads and spots are narrow and a bit of work to navigate. The bathrooms and showers are also pretty old and kept moderately clean. Camphosts are very friendly and helpful. The location, scenery, trails, and beaches are wonderful! Even with no sewer, WiFi, or cable... we cannot wait to go back! We camped at Fort Pickens Campground in a Motorhome.

Drifters RV Park, Pensacola, Florida

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We really enjoyed this park, the location is wonderful! It is very convenient to everything in Pensacola. The manangement is nice and the park is well-kept, but it is not a great family park. There are no playgrounds or even really "grounds" to enjoy the outdoors other than the small space on each lot. There are many full-time or long-term residents, but they were all nice and kept their spots neat. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry room were well-kept, but smelled of cigarettes from the owner adjacent office. It is a good campground to stay at if you have a lot of activities planned during the day and just need a place to rest at night. We camped at Drifters RV Park in a Motorhome.
