This is a really nice little park. Well kept up, nice sites, nicely landscaped. Unfortunately there are some negatives that detracted from our stay. The owners/managers were away for a few days, and their subs got stuck with a broken pipe in the shower building on a Sunday (no plumber till Monday). WiFi was inoperative the whole time. I was prepared for no cell service, but if you promise WiFi you ought to deliver. Also, our space was about 60 ft. from Lone Mtn. Road and the traffic noise was quite unpleasant, as was the noise from the nearby highway. Oh well, that's why they make earplugs!

When I first pulled in and saw the grounds I was quite pleased. Lots of trees, grass, very tidy. I have to say though, $60 per night is a bit steep. As I was trying to find my space, I became increasingly aware that the park was built quite awhile ago and not designed for today's larger rigs. Access was fairly tight in a lot of areas. When I finally got situated I found all the utilities were at the far rear of the space, which is fine for electric, but not so good for water, and especially sewer. The worst thing was the sewer. Just an iron pipe with a piece of 4" rubber hose on it and a ring clamp. Plus it was uphill from the trailer. I've never seen this in a GS park!

Park host very friendly & helpful, provided plenty of information about the area. Beautiful wide spaces, plenty of room, and nicely landscaped. A bit of traffic noise from the highway, but not unbearable.

We were only here one night, which was probably good. I-5 is a stone's throw away, and the truck traffic is fairly noisy. If you happen to wear earplugs at night, the noise won't bother you. The pull through sites are a bit close together, but some of the others looked quite nice with grass and trees.

We had originally planned to stay at a different facility when we discovered Dutcher Creek while browsing RV Park Reviews. We drove there to check it out and spoke to the manager. She had C17 available (their only pull-through) and we took it! Beautiful view, very quiet, and a level concrete pad with plenty of room for slideouts. Yes, the driveway is quite steep with switchbacks, but we made it just fine towing a 36' fifth wheel. Will definitely be back.

What a beautiful park! Friendly and efficient staff, they even escorted us to our site and made sure all the utilities were functional. Very wide, very level concrete pads, with lots of space between. Grounds were very tidy. Will definitely stay here in the future!

A nice older RV park close to Medford and Ashland. The spaces are awfully close together with today's larger rigs, but that can't be helped. Staff was welcoming and friendly, and they keep the place clean. Quite a few full-timers, but they were friendly and kept their spaces tidy, so no problem there. Quite a bit of noise from the construction on the I-5 exit nearby, but that can't last forever. Not outstanding, but adequate.

Small well-kept park just out of Powell River. Sites are level and spacious with a killer view of the straits. Staff was friendly and helpful. A bit of road noise at times during the day, but not a deal breaker. No 30A service at our site, just 50A and 20A. Lucky for me I brought my adapter and an extension cord!

We were a bit apprehensive when we entered the park...pretty dark, an awful lot of trees. However, when we found our site we were delighted! Big, wide, level spaces, lots of privacy, and very quiet. The grounds were immaculate, no mean feat given the size of the park. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights!

Lovely campground. Staff was friendly and welcoming, park was well-maintained, and the sites were clean and spacious. Wi-Fi was a bit erratic at times, but adequate.

Wonderful little RV park! Friendly staff, immaculate grounds, reasonably level paved sites. Easy access to downtown shopping, yet very little traffic noise.

I might have given this park five stars in all categories if the staff would have been a bit friendlier. As far as the park, it's pretty noisy with a busy road right outside and the airport nearby. One has to remember though that this is a major metropolitan area (Portland) and not the wilderness. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained. Spaces were a bit close together, but level. All in all a nice park.

Maybe the folks that rated this park previously were a bit hard of hearing. This place is by no means quiet. Very clean, nice grassy islands between the sites, but the constant noise from the frontage road made our stay unbearable. Fortunately we only stayed one night!

Nice wide, level sites. Absolutely no privacy. It's basically a big parking lot with nice views. Maybe weekdays it might be less crowded, but weekends, ugh!

This was our 3rd stay here and once again we weren't disappointed. Beautiful riverfront space, clean bathrooms & showers, helpful staff. We're staying 2 nights instead of our usual 1 so we can do a little exploring. We will definitely stay here again!
