This is our favorite place to stay in the Santa Cruz area. We have checked out and stayed in probably 10 other camps in the area. WiFi is excellent compared to most. Staff is excellent, couldn't be better. Some walking trails, near the ocean (plenty of foggy mornings/days) so is cooler than inland parks. The rate is high but the staff, surroundings and WiFi make up for it. This is a resort with the exception of no pool. The food is top notch. They also have a lodge for non campers, store, special event hall and great restaurant. You can rent fire rings and they have lots of green space for games. Reasons I did not give a 10 overall is no pool and closeness of sites but next time, we will get a deluxe site which is supposed to be more spacious.

No frills but great overnight park. Can't beat if for the price. WiFi is browser based but worked ok. Lots of trees, your sat is not going to work most likely. But...it's Redding! You want shade in the summer!

Coyote Valley is our 2nd best RV stop near Santa Cruz. It is out of the rat race, has anything you need nearby in Morgan Hill, staff is helpful, spaces are great but close together, thus the 9 rating. WiFi was very good.

Not our kind of place. Cramped spaces, neighbors entry faced ours so thru us together so absolutely no privacy. Lots of kids so it was noisy as we were right by the pool. No place to walk outside park. Staff was extremely helpful and went the extra mile for us. Internet was not good. Sites were holy, not level.

Very nice place to stay if you want to be away from all the noise and traffic of Santa Cruz and visit The Pinnacles, be out in the country, etc. Nice staff, nice park, internet ok.

Nobody home! Drove, drove and drove to get to the location, not sure how many miles on narrow, sometimes gravel, windy country road up and down hills to get there. Once there, no one home, no nothing. Called the number on the door, answerer not much help. Pick a site that's open! Had called ahead also. Parked on a side of a hill, no view of anything but normal countryside with trees and a dry creek bed. Do not stay if just overnighting, too far off the highway. Way too much money for what you get, which, is just a hookup.

WiFi was showing but could not connect so would probably not stay again because of that fact. All else was satisfactory, good or very good.

Rate is with GS discount. Overall, nice park. Staff seemed confused, long time to do little things but very friendly. Did not use pool but looked nice and clean. WiFi good but disconnects and slow at times. Sites barely adequate for 30' MH and Jeep. All connections good but cable TV local stations froze. We would stay again.

Rate reflects KOA discount. Laundry clean and has side loading machines. Pool looked clean, but we did not use it. Internet very slow and many disconnects, no repeaters with many sites....need them! Sites are level, paved, with grassy sides. Whole park seemed scrunched. Noise level good, you can hear the train but not a sleepless encounter. I guess this park just changed hands but front office was very disorganized and frustrated with city ordinances. Pretty mountain backdrop, some shade trees.

Rate includes tax and is GS discount. Nice and quiet, some tall trees, lakefront or riverfront. Site was a little sloping on the lake side. Pool is nothing to be excited about, above ground. Internet great but had a little trouble connecting sometimes. Very friendly hosts. You will like it.

Rate reflects GS discount and tax. Nice clean park. Did not use pool or facilities. Sites were level, all paved. Internet is Tengo.I do have to say, it was better than the last times I have had to use them. Registration is a bear as usual but still signal dropping was continuous. Highway noise not an issue. Some shade trees. Pretty expensive compared to other parks.

Sites are so close together you do not have room to even sit out beside your RV. Dusty, lots of traffic in and out on both ends of site. Internet not working to our site. The front desk said they were working on another tower and would have it up the PM we came in. Never worked. On a hillside, dirt and gravel sites. Just was not our cup of tea and seemed expensive for what's offered.

Some nice views of the river, nice large sites, pretty quiet. Internet excellent, shade trees, picnic tables, lots of birds. Pretty level sites. Nice girl in the office, accommodating. Kerrville is a very pretty place.

Lousy location due to road and train. Needs updating. Lacked in grounds maintenance. Short sites, planks are a hazard. Needless to say, I sure didn't like it! Internet slow and it's pick a number to access with your devices. People living here too. About the only good things I can say is it's only $27 or so per night with KOA membership and there are some shade trees. Would have much rather paid more and got more. Pool was "closed for maintenance".

I cannot say enough about this park. It's probably the best we've ever been in and the service matched the beauty. Internet was very good. Old pecan trees throughout, birds galore. Some highway noise but, it is in San Antonio!
