Date of Stay:

We stayed here for 2 nights while we made day trips to Grand Canyon but nothing here other than the truck stop next door. Clean facilities with good hook-ups, large level sites, pet friendly, cable.

Date of Stay:

Small friendly park for a short one night stay on our way to Arizona. All pretty large dirt sites with all good hook-ups. Some highway noise but not terrible. Only complaint about this place was the permanent residents letting their dogs roam freely day and night, sometimes we felt we could not come out of our rig because these strange large dogs were standing outside our door. We have 2 little dogs and did not feel it would be safe to walk them through the park with the big dogs wandering around.

Date of Stay:

Mostly park models with a few rv sites mixed in. We liked this park, it as quiet and the sites were very big. The hook-ups all worked well but it was hard to determine which water hook-up went with the site. Very friendly neighbors and staff. Nice roads but are a little narrow for maneuvering into back in sites if you have a large rig but doable.

Very nice park that has had some financial issues and trying to get up and running again. We had a very nice stay here, the facilities are well kept up and the management was very welcoming. Great view of the city, all utilities worked well, sites are big, clubhouse was very nice and very quiet day and night. Will definitely return to this park.

Not what we expected after reading all the great reviews. Very dusty, noisy at night, and the smell from the nearby dump and and cattle ranch was terrible and never went away. Electric was good but the water pressure was almost nothing and only got a trickle out of the sinks. Big rigs be careful coming through the entrance off the highway, slow down early because you have to come to almost a stop on the highway before entering the entrance gates are narrow and over a cattle grate. Last but not least we only stayed here for one night but got a knock on our door first thing in the morning to tell us we have to pay for electricity daily even though it was only a one night stay, that was a first. We will not be back.

I have reviewed this park before but my opinion has changed from good to bad. We have stayed at this park 6-7 times and the last 2 visits were not good. The assistant manager that checked us in was the rudest that we have dealt with in a long time, she did tell us it was her last day there but no excuse for treating a guest poorly. The park was almost empty but she assigned us a site that we could not receive a satelite signal for TV because of the dense trees. Normally if we were only going to be there for one night the tv thing would not be a problem but we were going to be there for over a week so we asked to be relocated to another spot, she said NO. We sat in that site all week as the park stayed empty and could not understand why we could not be relocated it was beyond ridiculous but no other parks in the area and we were there to visit family. We tried this park again for 2 nights and again rude staff that seamed to stop caring about their guests. What the person said before about the park being over watered every day and areas of the park even appearing to be flooded is true, very disturbing considering the severe drought. We will not stay here again, would rather stay 30 miles away rather than put up with the rude attitude.

Nice park, easy friendly check in. Full hook ups that worked well. Wi-Fi and cable are good. Sites are a little short for a 40' and toad but we made it work. Very quiet park with many conveniences near by. Pet friendly. We will stay here again.

My feelings about this park are very mixed. All staff very friendly and helpful. As said before, this is Not a resort by any stretch of the imagination but this place sits right on the edge of a bluff over the ocean. The view and sunsets are amazing. All of the hookups worked. Wi-Fi and cable were good. Laundry room large and clean. Stores and restaurants all within walking distance. Convenient for visiting San Francisco. Here is the bad stuff. The sites are long but so close together that when slides are out there was only 6 inches between rigs if that. We could not walk between rigs at all. There are to sides to this park and you do not want to be on the south side because of 99 percent permanent residents that do not seam to care about the park or their own space. Full of beat up rusted out trailers, buses, motor homes, broke down cars, and junk everywhere. North side of park is kept up. But, like I said very tight and would not leave personal property outside unattended. There is a dog run area but they do not mow often enough and people do not pick up after their pets. It was nasty. Good for a night or 2. Don't think we will return.

We stayed at this park for 3 days and enjoyed it. Wonderful and helpful staff. Large sites with picnic table, full hookups, cable, Wi-Fi, all in great working condition. Benches and fire pits lined the rivers edge which was great for watching the big boats come and go. Kid friendly with a play area. Huge pet friendly area. Yes, this park has rules but its what makes it stay a 10. The staff did not make the rules but just let us know they had them. Walmart nearby and make sure to ask about Pacific Fish Cafe, excellent fish and chips. We will stay here again.

I would not consider this a big rig friendly park at all. We have a 40 ft rig and barely fit in the site, no room for our toad. The front of our RV is 6 inches from touching a public sidewalk. The back is inches from the from the entrance road which is narrow. I don't know how another rig our size would make it past us without a problem. The view they claim to have is a dirt parking lot with constant traffic day and night. Two of our biggest pet peeves is the rude staff and sites that are to small. Were assured, when making the reservations, that the sites are adequate for bigger rigs and tow vehicle. This park met both of those pet peeves. Hook ups are fine, Wi-Fi very slow, and cable good. Save yourself the disappointment and pick another park. We will not stay at this park again.

Great stay at this park. Sites are big and almost all sites are right next to the water. 50 amp full hook ups are very good, Wi-Fi and cell service very good, satelite works good. Not a lot of places to walk pets but there are some small grassy areas. Restrooms, showers and laundry rooms are spotless and brand new looking. Entrance to the park is a little tricky, you have to turn into the parking lot of a hardware store, drive over some railroad tracks and then a hard right into the park. Manager was a very nice lady and eager to make our stay perfect. We will stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Sites are wide and our toad fit in fine, small grassy area in every site with picnic table. Wi-Fi and cell reception was good, satelite was not good because of the trees but they do have limited cable. Managers especially nice and helpful. Park is a little noisy at night and not in a very good neighborhood. There seemed to be a lot of undesirable activities going on in the area. The park has security gates but I did not feel completely safe at night. We would not stay here again.

This is a very nice park but there are good and bad points. Good: Full hook ups and all work well. Has good sized, private sites that are shady and separated by a lot of trees. Wi-Fi and Cell phone works good. Picnic table and fire ring at every site. Not so good: Dont know that I would say Big Rig "friendly". Yes big rigs can fit in here but caution needs to be taken because of low hanging branches, tree stumps, and very tight turns. Have a spotter for pulling in site and slide outs. Manager is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Get your reservation in writing by mail or email. We would NOT stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Nice park but sites are a little tight to get in and out if you are in a big rig. It can be done, though, and once in the site has plenty of room between. Nice flowers and green grass. A little noisy from the highway and the train tracks are right next to the park. When the trains come through it is very loud; especially annoying at 1:00 AM. Friendly staff. Over all a good stay and we would return.

Love this park. Clean facilities, helpful staff. This was our second stay at this park, and we will stay here again. Easy in and out pull throughss; full hook-ups that all work great. Great location for shopping, casinos, movies, parks, etc. Quiet and safe location.
