Outdoor Resorts - Melbourne Beach, Melbourne Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We own a lot here at the Park. We have a 5th wheel that we use as a destination trailer. We love the area and this park is an awesome option to any other park or resort in the area. Contrary to a statement made by a previous reviewer, this Park is NOT limited to 55+ owners or renters. Do not be misled by that statement. All ages are welcome. We camped at Outdoor Resorts - Melbourne Beach in a Fifth Wheel.

Outdoor Resorts - Melbourne Beach, Melbourne Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Don't be fooled by 576 sites advertised. Due to permanent park models and snowbird owners, only 67 sites are available in the summer; 37 in the winter. Locals flood the place on holiday - no park management bothers to enforce rules or monitor people using amenities. You can walk right in, bicycle right in, or ever ride your motorcycle right through the gates, which at times are left open. Same for the folks at the ocean pool - gate is left open for access at will by anybody, or just walk around the front sidewalks directly into the park. Security is non-existent. Lock your stuff at night. The park itself is mostly a trailer park, but common elements are beautifully maintained. Shopping and activities are very close to the park, most in walking distance. Bath and showers are modern and a showplace for the industry. Pads are level and can be tricky to back into depending on your site. Very few sites can accommodate the big rigs, so call ahead. We love it here, but not on holidays. We camped at Outdoor Resorts - Melbourne Beach in a Fifth Wheel.

Juno Ocean Walk RV Resort (formerly Juno Beach RV Resort), Juno Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2013 - $75.00
Overall Rating:

Easy in, close to shopping and the beach. Clean amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the beach. Laundry was clean and modern. Pool was sparkling. Only caveat was the trailer close to us was being used as home and the kids being picked up by the school bus. Not very RV parkish, more trailer parkish. We camped at Juno Ocean Walk RV Resort (formerly Juno Beach RV Resort) in a Motorhome.
