Wow!! What a great KOA. Great sites that have a paved area for your toad or tow vehicle. Sites are close together on the hook-up side. Great WiFi, showers and bathrooms super clean. Pet runs for your furry critters. Huge campground which is quiet for sleeping except for a very few trains. Campground well kept with friendly, helpful staff. Lots to do in the area. Plan on staying for awhile. We will be back. We camped at Salt Lake City KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Casper KOA, Bar Nunn, Wyoming

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Good campground, friendly staff, level sites that are not too close together. Freeway noise not a big problem. Showers and bathrooms clean and well kept. Dog walk large and dogs love the off leash time. A sign needs to be posted on the freeway from the south and also an arrow into the park as the GPS took us on the wrong street. We camped at Casper KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Whistler Gulch RV Park & Campground, Deadwood, South Dakota

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Paved roads, gravel sites that are on a hillside. Sites take some work to get level and situated well into the site. Wi-Fi good, water, electric, sewer all good. No cable and TV has only two channels. Trolley comes to lodge for transportation to town twice an hour or you can walk. Great place to visit. We camped at Whistler Gulch RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Called on very short notice and were accommodated with a pull thru water/electric site. Good sites with good Wi-Fi and cable TV. Plenty of activities for kids and adults alike. Pool is noisy but that is expected and it is shut at 10 p.m. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of things to do in Billings, i.e. zoo, mansions, museums just to name a few. We will be back. We camped at Billings KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Great Falls KOA, Great Falls, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $57.00
Overall Rating:

The best about this park is the staff. The store is well stocked. Other than that, don't bother. Very narrow sites that are difficult to get into and out of. WiFi is iffy and not available on the lower half. No swimming pool, no cable TV and local channels poor. Very expensive for what you get. We camped at Great Falls KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Cable TV gets 2 channels that are OK. The rest are all snowy. Tight spaces with trees but are negotiable. WiFi is sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Only allowed one computer per site. Only saw one staff person, and she was pleasant. We camped at Alderwood RV Express in a Fifth Wheel.

Returning camper and will come again. Nice friendly staff and knowledgeable of the area. Resort well kept and clean. Only drawback would be that the sites are somewhat difficult to get into with large rigs. Not a problem with my fifth wheel. We camped at Premier RV Resort of Salem Oregon in a Fifth Wheel.

This is the second time in this park and it has held up to its reputation. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are well kept and clean. Every Friday there is a fireside chat with pupus provided by the park. Bring your own wine, beer, soft drinks or water. Bring your stories and share with fellow campers. Enjoy!! See you next year.
