Silver Star RV Park, Vernon, British Columbia

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park with clean level gravel sites with grass between in our area. Some permanents but for the most part very well kept. Only complaint is the difficult access to Hwy 97, which is very busy. There is a rail line right next to the park, but has very limited traffic (not a main line by any means). We camped at Silver Star RV Park in a Motorhome.

We went to (and enjoyed) the O'Keefe Heritage Ranch. Lots of scenic drives in the North Okanagan valley.

Gallagher Lake Resort (formerly Gallagher Lake KOA), Oliver, British Columbia

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Obviously an improved KOA but very well kept and clean. One of few parks with 50 amp sites available in the Okanagan. Beautiful trees throughout the park prevented us from getting a satellite signal but worth it. Good base to be at while you explore the sites in the south Okanagan valley. Did I say wineries? We camped at Gallagher Lake Resort (formerly Gallagher Lake KOA) in a Motorhome.

Bouctouche Baie Chalets et Camping, Saint-Édouard-de-Kent, New Brunswick

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice, family friendly park. Very busy this weekend with mainly visitors from New Brunswick. Sites are grass covered and a good size, with fire pits and tables. Laundry facilities and washrooms looked clean and well kept. We would stay here again. Well maintained with modern facilities. Ocean shore is right across the road. Access to the park from the west is tight so I would suggest approach from the town of Bouctouche. We camped at Bouctouche Baie Chalets et Camping in a Motorhome.

Recreationland Campground, Ottawa, Ontario

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for a week while visiting the Ottawa area. This park is very nice, with friendly staff keeping it well maintained. All grass sites with nice tent camping as well as shaded sites for big rigs. It is about 30kms from Ottawa, near Rockland. We definitely would stay here again. We camped at Recreationland Campground in a Motorhome.
