We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. Although the camp was full, it was still calm and quiet. We were impressed with the overall cleanliness of the park, as well as the super friendly and helpful staff. The park normally features a Sunday morning all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast for $3 dollars, and did this every morning for the holiday weekend. Two swimming pools, laundry, and an old time inexpensive arcade were great. Sites were reasonably spaced with trees and a concrete pad for the picnic table. Located within walking distance of Manitou Springs, with an adjacent walking/biking trail to town. This park was great!

Nice, shady campground with character. Set along a scenic, winding road just outside of Keystone and 5 minutes to Mt Rushmore - very convenient for going to the evening lighting of the monument. The tourist train does pass by closely during the day, but is not very loud. Has a pool that kids were enjoying. Water/electric sites had adequate spacing between them. Only downside was the close proximity to the winding road.

We enjoyed our one night here. Staff was friendly, helpful. Had a pool, clean showers. Pet friendly.

Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, with trees and a pool. Campground is very old, showers were cold. Felt the price was high for one night, no other amenities.
