We stayed here for two nights while visiting in Springfield. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Campground is older with many full timers. Most kept their sites clean & tidy but a few were rather dumpy. Our site was a nice long pull through that was fairly level but very narrow! Our slide out was almost touching our full time neighbor's propane tank! Swimming pool was nice & clean & although we didn't use them, I checked out the showers/bathroom and they were very clean. Older but clean. Camping World is just down the road if you need anything. This is a nice spot for a night or two and we would definitely stay again.

We camped in the full hookup campground and loved it. The pull-through was nice and level and the whole park is just beautiful. We don't trout fish, which is the big draw here, but spent three nights and truly enjoyed everything about this place. Full hookup sites must be reserved well in advance, it seems. We ate at The Lodge, which is the restaurant built by the CCC back in the 20s. Lovely place with very good food. We loved it here and will definitely come back.

We camped here 3 nights while sightseeing around St. Louis. A lovely, well maintained park. Lots of trees but plenty of local stations if you can't use your satellite. We were able to get a clear shot through the trees & were able to use our Tailgater. The only thing that would be better would be if they had water & sewer. There are plenty of water faucets spaced around the park & there is also a dump station. We loved it here & will definitely return again.

This is a very clean & well maintained park, however sites are VERY small & not very level. We never were able to get level. Finally gave up & just made the best of it... Sites are just rocks & gravel. A lot of highway noise. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Bathrooms & showers were really nice & clean. There is a free shuttle to Silver Dollar City but we didn't use it. Decided to drive over instead. Next time we're in Branson, we will stay at another park but would stay here again if need be.

This is a very well maintained campground. Easy access on & off interstate. Nice concrete pads & pull throughs with picnic tables, grills & trash cans. We stayed here while attending a function in downtown Kansas City & was easy to go to function & back. The only reason I didn't rate this higher is because there is a lot of noise from the highway & from the amusement park right behind campground. But, even with that, we would definitely stay here again.

Campground is about 1 1/2 miles off I-70. We stayed here 2 nights. Camp host was very friendly & helpful. Sites are all gravel but pretty level. Some shady spots - some open. We chose open because of satellite dish. Nice & clean & looks like it will be pretty once the trees get leaves & the flowers are blooming. Would stay here again. Nice place to stay the night if you're passing through.

This is a good spot to stop for the night but wouldn't make it a destination place. Absolutely no frills. Owner was very friendly, nice long pull thru's & site was pretty level. Would stay here again if passing through.

Price reflects GS discount. We will never stay here again! You are paying for beach access which is across the street & behind a huge nightclub. So you walk across a huge asphalt parking lot, around the side and then onto the beach. Sites are small & cramped with nothing but asphalt, sand & burrs everywhere. No where to walk the dog where his feet weren't burning from concrete or hot sand; then had to pick burrs off of him once back inside. I will say that the staff was very friendly & the pool was big, nice & clean. Nightclub across the street flashes it's sign all night & lots of noise. Next time we will opt for one of the other campgrounds off the main drag & drive to the beach.

Price is higher due to the Nascar races in Daytona and prices are jacked up everywhere. Even so, I love this place! This is our second time coming here & will always stay here when coming to Daytona. True, the sites are small. Yes, they could do some improvements. And, yes, they don't have much to offer except from being steps away from the ocean! The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. Besides a beautiful beach, you have access to the pool, which was very clean and nice. Only thing was the crushed shell driveway & path - crushed shells were all over our camper. Regardless, we love it here & will definitely come again.

Stopped here for the night just passing through. Campground looked nice & clean. Owner was very friendly. Pretty level pullthru site. Seemed like a lot of full timers there. A lot of ants. Thank Heavens they didn't find their way inside! A lot of highway noise. Price is GS discount. Would stay here again for an overnight.

It's a little drive to get here from I-65 but worth it. This is a beautiful park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice shady and fairly level sites but were still able to use our satellite. Wi-Fi didn't work for us and very weak phone signal. If I lived in this area, I would come here a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy on & off I-55. Level concrete site. Very friendly staff. Didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and clean. Wi-Fi was pretty much nonexistent . Just stayed here for an overnight stop but would stay here again if passing through. Price is with Good Sam discount.

Unless you are desperate for a place to stay, I would not stay here. Good for a good on-off the interstate & stop for the night place but other than that, no. It looks like at one time it was a nice place but is really run down now. Way too much money for what you get. Price was for cash and Good Sam discount! Plastic was a dollar or two more. A lot of highway noise! About the only good thing I can say is that the site we had was pretty level & didn't take too much to level - not so sure about other sites though. Some looked pretty rough. $10 or less would have been about right for one night here.

Stopped here for an overnight on a Sunday night. Office is closed on Sunday so park yourself & leave payment. Easy access to I-40, but I felt the cost was too high for what we got. Lots of full timers there who I assume work in Knoxville. OK for an overnight stop but a lot of highway noise. Would stop here again if passing through just because of the easy access but would not make it a destination point.

We stopped here just for the night. Rate is cash. If you use plastic, it's a dollar or two more. Our pull through site was nice & level. Nice lake to walk the dog around. Staff was friendly. Although we were just off the interstate, highway noises were not a problem. Easy on & off highway. Don't think I would use this as a destination campground but would definitely stay here again when passing through. Lots of full timers.
