Black Bear Campground, Salisbury, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Close to highway exit made it convenient. Sites are short and too close to each other. Wood chips all around site could be a potential fire hazard when using the fire ring. The trees all around and over the site shed a lot of junk when it rained and left brown streaks all down the sides of our motor home and left junk all over our roof and slide out toppers. It was absolutely filthy and it took us 4.5 hours to wash the roof and entire unit to get it back in the clean condition it was before we arrived at Black Bear Campground. The utility connections were very low to the ground which made it difficult to use our surge guard with our power cord. We will never go back!! We camped at Black Bear Campground in a Motorhome.

Ta-Ga-Soke Campgrounds, Blossvale, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

Worst experience ever. We were suppose to have 50 amp service, but couldn't even get 30 amp. They kept blaming the problem on the electric company, but it was the way the pedestal was wired. It was not only my site, but with the rest of the group we were camping with, a total of 10 sites. Quiet hours were suppose to be from 11pm to 8 am, but other camper were loud way past midnight. Will never go to this campground again. We camped at Ta-Ga-Soke Campgrounds in a Motorhome.
