We stayed at this campground for a week while visiting Denver. Before we arrived, the campground wanted us to pay a 50%, nonrefundable deposit to book our reservation. This we agreed to. We paid 334.00 for the week. Based on this price, you would think this would be an excellent park. When we arrived, my back stabilizers would barely touch the com in contact with the ground. It was a job to get the coach level. Then we discovered we had no patio, only a grassy area between the cement slabs for the coach. This grassy area was so sloped that you could not put a chair on it comfortably. Then we discovered no cable TV? My fault, should have read a few reviews. Our coach is 40’, and there was barely enough room for the truck. Had to park it sideways. This park is highly overpriced for what you get.

This park is fantastic. Clean, modern, cement pads and patio’s with grass in-between all sites. The lots are huge, and no chance of ever not being able to put your slides or awnings out. You can even buy your lot if you want. Facilities are very well maintained, and adjacent to golf course. Very reasonable prices. The staff is great, friendly and very helpful. I’ve been RVing for 11 years, and have not stayed in a finer park unless you pay quite a bit more money. In fact, I have paid more, and have stayed in a couple of parks that were not near what this one is. I’m very happy with this park and we stayed here in a 5th wheel. We just live an hour away, but love to stay here at least 3 times a year just to get away.
