Mingo RV Park, Tulsa, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This park is "gently" dated but very clean and conveniently located. Plenty of long term campers that seem to get the best (shaded) sites. Short term sights are a bit narrow with dog-eared cedar partitions between sites. Good for privacy but in order to have a usable patio, we had to run road side slide 1/2 way in to access basement storage. Water pressure is insane! Bring a pressure regulator. Before using ours the pressure pushed through the toilet valve and slowly filled the bowl. We caught it just in time. Also the water supply is in a pit for freeze protection and the valve position made it necessary to use a 45deg. adaptor to hook up the hose. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there is lots of grass area to walk the dogs. The office and other facilities are cat friendly. We camped at Mingo RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overnite RV Park, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2018 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

As the name indicates the park is well set with pull through sites that are flat and wide enough for slides. Nice little patch of grass for patio ares with a picnic table. Easy off/on I-40 with a Pilot Flying J Travel Ctr. right across the street. We were 3rd row back so Highway noise wasn't an issue but air traffic was occasionally. We would stay here again. We camped at Overnite RV Park in a Motorhome.

Circle B RV Park, Ruidoso, New Mexico

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

This park is built on a hillside but they have done a great job of leveling the sites. The sites are gravel with grass areas for patios. Hookups are well placed and easy to access. Pull through sites are perfect one night stays like ours but we will definitely return for a longer stay. Very clean and quiet and very helpful staff. We camped at Circle B RV Park in a Motorhome.
