I wish all RV parks were this nice! I stayed in the owners side for 2 nights and it was a great place to be based out of to explore the area. The site was a long, concrete pull through with landscaping between sites. There was a nice amount of space between units and ample parking for vehicles once you're unhooked. The streets are asphalt and the park is very easy to navigate. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Traveling alone, I felt very safe there and had helpful neighbours. I will definitely stay there again when in the area!

I used this campground for a one night stop over on my way to Mesa Verde NP. It was very clean and all the staff were very helpful. There were nice views of the surrounding mountains from my back row site. The campground is all gravel but the site was level and services were good and easy to connect to. It was very quiet at night. There is no shade. A nice bonus is they make and deliver pizza right to your site which was a huge convenience for me.

A good place to stop overnight. The staff is great. Campground is gravel lot, no shade or trees. Neat and tidy. Suitable for a stopover. I didn't use any of facilities or Internet but services (water & electric) were good.

This is a really nice clean little park. Facilities were nice and clean, its convenient to get into and I had no trouble within the park with the the 40 ft. fifth wheel. Sites were level with fair spacing. A very good place to overnight or stay a day or two to get caught up on laundry, groceries. Walmart is not too far away and there is a truck/trailer wash just down the road. Very pleasant hosts.

I felt like I had gone to camp when I pulled in. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Site was very nice and clean and level with good services. I had no trouble navigating the park with my 40ft fifth wheel. People were very friendly and there was nice green spaces. They had scheduled activities. I overnighted and wish I'd had more time to spend there.

I spent 2 nights in this campground due to the close proximity to places I was visiting. Staff was friendly. My big rig site was at the end of the park over by itself. It had rained heavily and site was just unlevel grass with a power box and hydrant. User before me had cut big ruts in grass. Unlevel site. There is quite a bit of road noise where I was at. It did have a nice little store and the pool and hot tub appeared to be clean. Small playground for kids was always busy.

Really nice campground. The staff was friendly and the park was easy to navigate to my spot. Finding the actual campground is a little challenging, but it's definitely a nice park once you get there. Most spots appeared to have a short hedgerow as a site boundary; hook ups and site were good and level. Overnighted there with a 40ft fifth wheel and had no problems getting in or out.

I spent an extended stay in this campground for 7 weeks. My site was a long term site at the end of the campground to accommodate the size of my 5th wheel. Not much view of the river. Electricity was an issue - being at the end of the campground and last on the circuit, I lost power several times in a day during the hottest days of the summer. Services in the campground are minimal; 2 TV channels, no Wi-Fi. The campground is always busy and well looked after. The camp hosts run a good operation and were very nice to work with. The convenience of the location is what makes the campground.

The selection of rv parks in this area is limited so I was happy to find this one that would accommodate my rig. Getting to it is a bit of an adventure...its off the beaten path & you have to go through a bit of a residential area but there are signs. Call for good directions. The park is fairly large, the staff was friendly. It appeared to have several long term residents & it was crowded with dusty roads & kids everywhere. I was only passing through so for one night it was adequate. Site wasn't level & there is very little space between them...I was told the area was safe but I didn't venture anywhere to find out. Lots of noise but given the choices...it was fine for overnight.

A really nice campground with easy access off the highway. The staff was excellent and very helpful! Nice setting & space between the sites. I got the last big rig site for the night and it was on an end with no neighbor on one side. Pizza Hut delivers to the site! A bonus for me after being on the road all day and just passing through. I'd definitely come back & stay for a longer visit. It's a great place to explore the area from.
