We spent the weekend in our favorite spot (25). 5th or 6th visit here. Love R&D family CG. Great neighbors. Many full timers, but you wouldn't know it as all sites are well maintained. Ron and Don are awesome owners. We will be back in August for another weekend visit. The bathhouse is immaculately clean and modern. DirecTv for transients was perfect as was ATT cell service. The only negative is the exit is rough from having to pull into the road on an upgrade and it appears some times spun making a couple of ruts.

Our 5th stay here, as always a quiet peaceful visit on an active family farm. We love it here and it is close to our son's family and granddaughter. A lot more visitors than I remember in the past. I believe many are long term local contractors as we didn't see them until late Sunday afternoon. The road in and out is a single lane and in poor shape, otherwise this is where we like to stay. As before not many amenities, but we don't need or want them at our age. This place is clean, level, and very quiet. Portable DirecTv dome worked perfectly. We have made reservations for two weeks from now to do it again. Note: Brand new picnic tables were a major plus. Bring your fishing gear. Farm pond fishing at its best.

We stayed 3 nights. We had a large level gravel site. Spacious, clean, Wi-Fi strong in some areas. We visited to check out Roanoke Rapids area. The staff was excellent and very professional. Large Dog run, pool, hot tub, 9 hole mini-golf for a great price. Satellite reception was excellent. We were in site P19.

This is our 4th visit here. There are a lot of full timers, but all sites are clean and appealing. We always get lot 25. It is spacious, level, good power, good water pressure. This CG has DirecTV throughout. This CG is in much better shape than previous visits. Ron and Don (owners) are just awesome and cater to visitors needs. Will certainly visit again.

This was our 3rd stay at Greenville FF CG. We stay in the open area, flat, level, gravel site. Very close to Dulles, Air and Space Museum and the Metro. CG is clean, well maintained. No real amenities/activities at this CG but at out age, we don't need/want it. Pool and store were closed for the season. Didn't use bath house. Very quiet CG on a working farm.
Date of Stay: October, 2015
We camped in the open pull-through area. Rough single lane entrance/exit on a working farm. Office is at the stone house after Labor Day. Friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful. Our son and family live in nearby Leesburg, and also close to /Manassas/Gainesville/DC. Pool and store were closed due to season. Large pull-through level lot on gravel, full hookups. Water pressure good, 50 amp is solid. Some sites have hookups to where neighbors awnings face each other. Great neighbors, so no problem. Great Verizon phone Service and Portable DirecTV antenna reception. I am not interested in activities or amenities so this place is for me. Will visit again.

We camped a 2 night "shakedown" in our new rig and did not take advantage of all they had to offer. It was late season, pool was closed, we did not use their WIFI or DirecTv. The CG is in the sticks but close to Richmond, Fredericksburg and numerous points of interest. R&D is spacious, quiet and lot 25 was gravel and perfectly level. We had full HUs with no issues. Would certainly stay here again. The owner and his crew were very friendly and helpful. We made reservations for the April NASCAR race in April 2015.

Spent 3 nights with a waterfront site, with electric only, (our choice). Torrential rain and humidity for 3 days, but zero mosquitoes. The park is gorgeous, a biker/hiker/walker/joggers paradise a sportsman's dream. Saw deer and wildlife everyday. EZ in EZ out from Rt 105/64 and Jefferson. Bathhouses clean and adequate, but no paper towels or driers. our site was level left to right but had about a 3' drop front to back. Had to level with tongue nearly on ground, must have shore power ext. cord, boxes are too far way. Staff and Rangers are friendly and helpful, will stay here again, and recommend. No Wi-Fi, no cable, no satellite due dense woods.

Three night stay visiting son's family in Leesburg. Easy in Easy out, plentiful pull thru's. No WI-FI, no cable, no satellite due to dense woods. Will stay in open area next time. Fished, but no luck. Restrooms clean, but antiquated. Staff was friendly, pool accessible, and the farm is very quiet...Will stay again.
