Holly Lake Campsites, Millsboro, Delaware

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

This campground needs maintenance. Roads are bad and sites are sometimes covered with leaves. Pool is nice though. It is in a very nice forest and people were very friendly. If you like a neat and clean place, you won't like it. But if you prefer a quiet spot in the woods, you might like it. We camped at Holly Lake Campsites in a Tent Trailer.

Fort Whaley Family Campground, Whaleyville, Maryland

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $59.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is regularly flooded. We had water at the height of the table. Loop A and B shouldn't be available for camping. They know this situation but continue to operate it. Avoid this campground for your safety. WIFI connection is very bad. Had too take a cold shower because they were out of propane. Horrible customer service. We camped at Fort Whaley Family Campground in a Tent Trailer.

It is a large campground. Great for family. Some sites are small. You'll find a little bit for everyone here. Arcade, mini-putt, pool, lake. We had fun. Not the nicest, but ok overall. Shower and toilets needs maintenance. We camped at Ocean View Resort Campground in a Tent Trailer.

Fish Creek Pond Campground, Saranac Lake, New York

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We love this spot. Almost all sites are lake front and we appreciate it a lot. Lake is very nice. If you like a nice quiet spot in the woods - you'll love it. Canoeing, kayaks, hiking, bike path are available. We celebrate the end of school there each year. No electricity, water or sewer. Nights are cool up there so no need for A/C. Only one shower, but very clean and efficient building. We camped at Fish Creek Pond Campground in a Tent Trailer.
