Nice place to park our travel trailer, easy to find, and back-in sites are wide enough to make siting easy. Upon arrival RV park hostess was friendly and helpful. Reservations had been made with a phone call without credit card required and check-in at the clubhouse was easy to transact. We do not golf, but found the clubhouse, restaurant, and RV park area as quiet, very clean and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious and serving personnel were efficient and friendly. Small airport across the road was quiet with very few small planes landing or taking off. Would come here again when in the area.

Parking is on grassy field with hookups at rear of sites. Roads are gravel, hostess is delightful, friendly, and very helpful. Probably depending on time of year as to how level the sites are, but at this time we had no problem leveling our rig. It is very quiet and Puyallup is a nice town with a great downtown area. No restrooms or showers available in the campground. We used the TV antenna; however, had we brought the satellite dish, the skies are open to getting a signal. Definitely would stay here again.

Easy to find, excellent directional signage, check-in booth efficient and friendly, clear signage within park, friendly personnel, have grassy campsite, area is extremely quiet and large spaces between sites is unexpected as most KOAs have been to have had closely sited rv sites, so this is nice. Lots of room to walk dog, and to walk around. Would like to stay longer than a couple of days. Will come back here when in the area again.

Easy to get into rv park, office staff very friendly, instructions how to get to campsite clear, clean rv park, minimal noise from freeway. Definitely a good site for an overnighter for us, and would come back again if ever back in the area. Normally do not give rating of 9 unless real happy with business or park.

Rate shown is our monthly rate divided by 31 days. Very nice small park behind convention center, is as shown on website. It is clean, a park host is within the park, but office hours are limited to mornings. Most full-time residents are very friendly and helpful. Landscape work done on a regular basis, therefore asked to not leave chairs on lawn overnight, and automatic sprinklers do come on regularly. We have returned for several years, and will continue to return regularly staying either weekly or monthly. This park is within walking distance of restaurants, grocers and shopping facilities.

Stayed two nights here. It is approximately 5 miles from I-5, thus evenings and nights are quiet. Level sites, pull-throughs are nice. Office staff is very efficient and knowledgeable with lots of handouts including a county map. Wi-Fi available, although we didn't need it. We would definitely stay here again.

First time staying here and it was a good experience. Sites are nice as there are plenty of trees of varying heights around and between sites. However, maneuvering around the park is easy as the roads and sites are asphalt. One of just a few parks we have been to which turn out to look like their website - which is always great. The hosts are very nice, friendly, and the office has brochures and maps to make the stay and touring the area easy. No Verizon cell service available within the Park except on the porch of the office. However, the Park has free WiFi available. All in all a most enjoyable stay.

Have been here before and remains our favorite when in the Bend Oregon area. Although only an overnight stay this time, it always has been for us a quiet area, close to shopping, gasoline, etc., which is always a bonus for us. Everything is clean and well managed, and the hosts are friendly, hospitable, and create an enjoyable stay. This is on our "Definitely Return" List.

Small RV Park on West side of Wilbur, and is a nice place to stay for a few days. The park is gravel sites with lawn areas separating sites. Well kept and maintained, and the owner/managers are very nice and most friendly. We were with a group so didn't do any touring in the area. This park also had a small café and gazebo available for eating on-side with a very nice menu which includes breakfast and supper. No trains but there is a highway along one side. But, virtually no traffic or noise within the RV park.

We have stayed at one other RV park in Bend, but decided to give this place a try, and glad we did. Checking in was very easy, gracious and helpful staff, and easy to negotiate within RV park. The other posters are correct in that the sites are close together, yet there is plenty of room for picnic tables, and chairs. For us it is a good location for fast foods and grocery shopping, shade trees, cable, and lots of room to walk the dog plus a good grassy dog walk area. We stayed in Site 312, small grass patio with good table. Clean restrooms. We would definitely return.

This US Army Corps of Engineers campground is upriver from Ice Harbor Dam near Burbank. This is our second summer being here. It is a well-maintained, well-staffed, and quiet campground. There are several sites which border the Snake River for an evening spent eating supper while watching the sun set over the river and foothills. For those looking for a campground away from railroad tracks & trains, then this may not be for you. However the noise created by 8 trains a day, is minimized by a fair amount of landscaping between campground and RR tracks. The large spaces between RV sites, large number of full-hookup sites plus plenty of space between sites to extend slides and still have plenty of space between units and fire pits/picnic tables area makes this our kind of campground. Many sites have lots of shade which is a premium in the sage brush terrain of eastern Washington. If watching tug boats, recreational water craft, and people having lots of fun is your kind of place, then this is for you also. A big plus is the large marina which provides an opportunity to launch water craft for a trip to Portland, Oregon or Lewiston, Idaho.

We had to be in Pismo Beach for a family event, and this RV park was recommended to us and glad we took their advice. It is located close to Avila Beach which is a great place to see. The washers/dryers were clean, moderately priced, and the restroom/showers were also very clean. Being so close to the beach and having a minimum of asphalt creates areas where sand is tracked in. We chose to be in a small site, but will definitely choose to park in a larger site next time, just for the room to put out more chairs. We enjoyed watching the children play as we walked around the park, and when taking our small dog to the dog area for exercise. This is a convenient, clean, friendly staffed, easily accessible, and dog-friendly park. We did not go the local market nearby, but will next time in the area.

We have stayed before when going to Southern California and like before, this was just a stop-over. Clean, friendly staff, check-in is easy, nice supplies in the office, and all in all a very nice, well maintained RV park.

We arrived after the office closed for the day, so was hard to find, but worth it! It is located by going past the Subway Shop. We enjoyed the cleanliness, quietness, and friendly staff here. If we go through this area again, will stop here for the night or two we are in the area.

This is a clean, easily negotiated into/out of RV park, with owners who take pride in their park. The setting is very nice, and the clean, spacious showers are a very nice addition to an excellent, quiet, clean park which is set off the road. Agree with another reviewer in that: "Big Pines is truly a gem well hidden from passing traffic as the park sits back from the road and is easily passed by without ever knowing its location.” It was a great night’s stay on a non-vacation trip going into California. This RV park is on our “Definite Return and Stay Awhile” list of places.
