My family and I stayed at this "newly renovated" resort with 19 RV spots. It was "below average", not good. Management offers NO DISCOUNTS (TACO, Sams, or Veteran) and plans to never do so. My wife and I attended the dinner cruise. It was good, except overheard another camper being nickel and dimed (after we all had paid $16 for dinner BBQ) over desert. They wanted to charge add't $4 for a small cup of pudding! They never told us of the upcharge!! Really! No Joke!! And to top it off, they had NO FULL HOOKUPS, and then charged $5 fee to use their sewer dump!! The RV spaces are gravel and very tight fits! Then, boat trailers park on top of the RV spots, thus blocking your entry into your sites. Finally, we had issues, as did other campers, with the low hanging tree limbs. These would scrap the top of our RVs. In all, we would NOT stay here again.

Great little park!! Very clean and has pads. Sits right on the river! I would give a 10, BUT the trains are loud all night blowing horn, shaking the RV's in the park. Not to forget the crazy long termers next to us. They had two red male roosters that cackled from 3am on!! The long termers said the chickens are their friends and no one to touch them. Management needs to get hold of this situation before it gets out of control....

My wife and I traveled to OKC for a pleasure filled holiday weekend over Labor Day! We decided to stay at this RV park because of several of our friends recommendation. They were correct. This RV park is great! The staff is excellent! We went to the OU Game on Saturday night and came back to a hot RV! The breaker on the power pole (next to the camper) was blown! The park sent a gentleman over and quickly repaired the issue. The pool area is also great!! As is the mini-golf, and more! We would stay here for sure when we come to OKC!!! Loved it!!

My wife and I were asked to spend the weekend at this facility while also evaluating it. We were given a slightly shaded site near the kids room. We were required to attend a "sales presentation" on Saturday morning. Before that, we walked the park and thought it was nice, but needed several areas remodeled due to various reasons (ie., rotten wood on cabins, muddy sites, no paved sites, etc.). We thought the park was a nice "old fashioned" type campground. The restrooms were not clean. In fact, while there I entered the Men's Restroom to discover a handicapped gentleman trying to get in a stall, but could not due to not having the required width. Moving forward, we attended the 10am Sales Presentation. We were given a riding tour of the facility by a nice lady. She was new it seemed. Upon return, she was scolded by her boss for running over by 10 min on the ride. Later, we were told that we would need to write a check for approx. $16k. We did not see nor believe this!! We decided to withdraw and then the "boss" came over and preceded to offer us a fee of $5k for 1 year. We departed after being insulted....never would return to this park.

My wife and I stayed at this park while visiting family in West Monroe. We traveled from the Dallas, TX area. We really enjoyed the stay and was treated well by the lady in the office. We had a great nights sleep and was very quiet as well. Oh and no, did not see the alligator allegedly by the lake in the back!! Laugh out loud! We will stay here again soon!!

Wife and I stayed here while traveling to South Texas from DFW. We really enjoyed this little RV Park just off the interstate. The gentleman (Mgr) was not only nice, but assisted me with setup of my RV. Now that is service!! I also loved the rate of $25 per night. We will definitely stay here again!!
