Date of Stay:

You stay at this RV park for one reason - to see Elvis, and you will not be disappointed. Family members who live in Memphis warned us of the high crime in the area, but there is a security guard at the gate, as well as one patrolling and the Memphis Police were also present, so we felt very safe during our stay. You walk to all of the Graceland museums from the park. Sites are level and paved and nicely spaced. The ladies restrooms and showers were super clean with lots of hot water, but my husband said the mens needed updating. The pool was inviting. You are behind the Heartbreak Hotel, so far enough off the road to get away from the noise at night. No fire rings, but this is not the kind of park where you hang out at your site. There is a barbecue restaurant (Marley's) a few miles down Elvis Presley Blvd. that will pick you up at your site for dinner in a pink Cadillac limousine for no charge. Do it! We enjoyed our stay and would return to this RV Park.

Date of Stay:

The proximity to downtown Hot Springs is a plus for this campground (5 minutes). Due to sequestration, there is no longer a Park Ranger on site, so there is no access control and transients were a concern to us with young children playing outside. You pay using a machine and while were there it was cash only. There are no showers and the restrooms needed cleaning, so we were glad to have full hookups. Sites are paved, level and are well spaced. No fire rings, but each space has a grill. The large trees and clear spring create a nice ambience, but there is some noise with large trucks downshifting on the nearby road. We enjoyed our stay at this campground and would return.
