Excellent WiFi, lousy cable, friendly staff. We stayed in pull-through space R2 for 7 days. Satellite was good (ours is roof-mounted); the folks next to us had a portable antenna and could not get programming. Very nice facilities. Only issue we had was with people letting their children run around unattended, which is against park rules.

Date of Stay:

We had space T24 on the beach loop - 30 amp, water, and sewer. The temperature soared to 92 degrees the first day, but our AC worked fine on 30 amps (we're a 50 amp unit). The pull-through sites could be a little longer for today's rigs, but if everyone parks properly, things seem to fit okay. Friendly staff.

Great maintenance guy: friendly, knowledgeable, goes out of the way to assist. Friendly staff, although some aren't as competent as they could be. Nice camp sites, within a quarter mile of the ocean. Fairly decent Wi-Fi (TengoInternet). Rate reflects RPI Preferred membership + taxes. Our 50 amp service didn't work, but we got by fine on 30 amp. We will stay here again.

Nice, friendly park. This is our home park in the KM/RPI Preferred system, so price reflects taxes and Wi-Fi. Fairly spacious back-in sites on grass. Could hold standing water when rainy. Lots of activities on weekends: breakfast, ice cream social, dinner. The pool was not heated due to a faulty part needing replacement, so most of us senior citizens stayed dry. Only 2 real complaints: 1) no one is policing that children are being allowed in adult-only areas, and 2) the age-old problem of people filling all the machines in the laundromat and then leaving the building. We had to pull laundry out of three machines to wash clothes. We will definitely camp here again.

We camped here for a week during one of the razor clam tide sessions. We got here on a Thursday and the campground was about 3/4 full. By Monday, most of the clammers had left, leaving lots of spots available. Not many activities in the campground this time of year, but we were blessed with sunny weather all week. The hot tub no longer exists; it has been dismantled and boarded over. Rate reflects K/M membership + extra for 50 amp and Wi-Fi. Cable TV is also available. The Wi-Fi has been replaced, and was fast and reliable, even from the beach spaces.

Nice scenery. Some of the pull-throughs are a little sharp for the bigger rigs, but most are okay. We arrived about 1/2 hour before check-in time and had no trouble getting right in. Ranger and staff were pleasant. We stayed in the Beach Loop at a pull-through site with 50 amp, water, and sewer.

We drove up here specifically to see the campground because it was rated so highly on Good Sam's website. What a disappointment! Sites were very narrow. The pool looks like it could hold 10 adults or twenty screaming children. There was no one in the office, or anywhere on the grounds that we could question. We did not stay here, nor will we in the future. This may have been "Spokane's premier" campground at one time, but that must have been a long time ago!

Nice enough park. The owners/operators were cordial, but not overly friendly. The Wi-FI was only available next to the office, as it was being upgraded (modem replacement). Cable TV was good. Bathrooms left a lot to be desired. We mostly used our own. Showers appeared clean, but we used our own. Would stay here again. The trains weren't all that annoying. We liked this park; it was - as the sign says - "peaceful."

This was our first camping trip with our new rig. Salt Creek is close to home and we have been here many times over the years, just not in an RV. Nice, well-kept facilities. Could benefit by adding another dump station. Rate we paid was residential - a couple dollars more for non-residents.
