Wichita Falls RV Park... what a great place! The park is very well maintained, just about all sites are shaded and all easily accessible by just about any length of rig! The manager and staff were very friendly and had the coffee ready each morning. The restrooms and showers were very clean and comfortable. With the exception of no Mini Mart or RV supply store, this park has just about everything an RV'r might need for a great visit. Yes, I'd return to this park!

While the people managing the Kiva RV Park are very friendly and are trying to accommodate RV travelers, this place is a total dive! While you can't beat the $20.00 a night seasonal rate the park ins't even remotely close to the "Passport America" description! Once again, what you see on the Internet, isn't exactly the way it is.

Lazy Acres RV Park. What a nice surprise. Only stayed for one night, but could have stayed longer. The staff we very friendly and the grounds very well kept. The only thing that could have been a little better was the condition of the restrooms and showers. While they were acceptable, they are in need of a little TLC or possibly a renovation. Yes, I would return here.

While this Park has an excellent location, the lack of restroom and bath house amenities is unacceptable, especially for the nightly rate of $55.00. Yes, the staff was very nice, and the park does provide Wifi and cable, but I am very am very disappointed that It was not made clear when I called about a reservation that there we no restrooms or bath house. It would have also been helpful if the park's web site could have pointed out all amenities they provide. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this location. I can give some advice, ask about all amenities before making a commitment!

Stayed here one night ,and quite honestly, I was ready to leave by early morning. While some of the amenities were acceptable, the site terrain of sandy, rocky soil was not good. A red flag should have gone up when one of the staff rode off on a tractor to go level off a site for me! The worst of all things about this park was its location to an oil refinery. If the overwhelming smell of petroleum is something you might care for, then this is the place for you! One huge disappointment was the park's web site as it was nothing like the Oasis they claim to be. Big dose of false advertisement!
