Stayed the week after Labor Day. Still pretty full, site was right near beach with a covered picnic table. Pool and beach both clean and very close by, dogs were allowed on the beach we walked them twice a day there. We had a great time, nice park. We camped at Myrtle Beach Travel Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Anchor Down RV Resort, Dandridge, Tennessee

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $65.00

This is a nice park BUT I will caution you on making a reservation. I had to cancel due to medical issue. They never issued a credit as they led me to believe. Poor business decision as we will never be back. If you due visit most sites are large, nice views. We camped at Anchor Down RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Snowy Peaks RV Park, Buena Vista, Colorado

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

Very disappointed in this park. Drove out of our way to stay here; never again. Seemed like an owner was there when we checked in but was training someone who took forever. Maybe he could have stayed to help her instead of disappearing. On top of that we were supposed to get our Passport America discount. Owner or manager said no, they were in the prime season. That is not what it says in their advertisement for Passport America. It was snowing the day we stayed there and very minimal traffic with plenty of vacancies. On top of that, at our site the sewer line was so far to the rear you would have to back up with your towed vehicle to dump your tank. Find another place to stay, overpriced and disorganized. We camped at Snowy Peaks RV Park in a Motorhome.

Deer Creek Valley RV Park, Topeka, Kansas

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

I stayed here in December 2012 as well and love this park. It's clean, sites are big, Dog park is very nice! It's just off the Interstate. Sites are long, level and concrete and utilities are all on nice lamp posts at each site. The only negative is the speed bumps. I understand having them, but when you're in a big coach they are a pain in the butt. I beg them to make them smaller or figure out something else. I tried to take one at an angle so it would not be so bad and all crap came out of a cupboard and my poor boxer was scared for 1/2 hour. I would stay here again, just hoping speed bumps are not so bad. We camped at Deer Creek Valley RV Park in a Motorhome.

High Plains Camping, Oakley, Kansas

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

I saw good reviews, but I was not impressed. There were signs posted everywhere on things you could and could not do. It was excessive. The pool was dirty and there was mention of a waiver, but didn't see one anywhere. The hot tubs were locked up and when we did get it were not very clean. Restaurant next door was great and good prices. Was nice we didn't have to unhook our towed vehicle. Dog parks are always nice, but the weeds to get to this one were not. Also, they of course want you to pick up after your pet, but no trash can to put it in?? If you decide to stay here, please take note of all the signs it was kinda sad. Less is more and having a nice clean park without all the signs and postings would go further. Would not likely stay here again. We camped at High Plains Camping in a Motorhome.

Corbin / Laurel Lake KOA, Corbin, Kentucky

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here one night and checked out the Falls in the area. Wanted to stay longer. This campground was nice not far of the highway, but pay attention to all the turns. We didn't have a problem, but I always research things on Google maps. LOVE the dog park and we traveled with my folks and were in the back corner in the woods. Sites were long, got our coaches and tow'd vehicles in so didn't have to unhook. It looks a little tight, but it's just set up a bit odd. The hosts were nice and a guy took us down in a golf cart first so we could check out the sites they had for us. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Corbin / Laurel Lake KOA in a Motorhome.

Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga, Rossville, Georgia

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Camped here with family, two other motorhomes. It was a nice park. They did complete paving at the entrance which was nice. That being said though, their sites need some grading. It rained a lot and there was a lot of water pooling near our sites and on the road. I wish they had a dog park. But they had just about everything else. Laundry was ok and pool looked ok, though we didn't use it. We would go back if in the area. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Motorhome.
