Once you are in and settled, it's an OK park. But beware, this park is Tight to drive around for big rigs. Here's some items of note: It's not that close to the Interstate. No noise but not convenient if you are looking for an overnight stay. The road into the campground is Rough and passes some pretty junky places. In the campground it is very tight maneuvering. Once you are in, the place is nice. Gravel driveways with concrete patios and some trees. Has both wooded area and open fields. Pond with ducks and fishing, grass and lots of red clay dirt around. Staff is nice and the bath houses are very good. Reasonably close to a mall and restaurant row.

This was our second time staying here. Nice site close to I-20. Close to shopping, restaurants and adjacent to a large RV center. Campground is gravel, but level sites. Some long term campers, but most are in the back part of the park. Host couple, very nice. Escort to site. Clean restrooms (yes, you can access them anytime with the code provided). Registration hours are limited somewhat, but overall a nice, quiet place to stay.

This is our favorite RV Park ever. We have searched for another beach RV resort as nice, but just can't find it. Clean, comfortable with everything you would want to either go enjoy all the fun of the Grand Strand or just stay in the park. Great sites mostly concrete. Clean restrooms. Sandy's grille, market and activities are super. Would retire here if I was a few years older.

Very nice COE park. Wooded with paved access roads and concrete pads. Picnic tables, lantern poles at every site. Some sites have water views and wooden decks. Quiet, close to the Black Warrior River. Access to lake swimming and fishing. Nice covered picnic area. Clean, but simple restrooms. Hosts very nice. Dump station. Wooded, so no luck with satellite TV. Only a few channels available on air. Approximately 10 miles from a grocery store, so make sure to take what you need.
