Wildwood Campground, Iron River, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Owner was exceptional, we were having hard time locating a park. She told us to come on in that she had a site, but didn't know if we could get our big rig in. She would also help us locate a park if necessary. We did get in and it was a tight fit. They were so nice and helped us out the next morning. We would camp here again in a heartbeat if they have another site big enough. Beautiful, calm, serene sitting. We camped at Wildwood Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Red Trail Campground, Medora, North Dakota

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Not your top of the world campground but it's close to Medora, walking distance to downtown, the outdoor Musical is only a few miles, and there is enough space for 39' fifth wheel. Folk are friendly and helpful. No full hookup at our site, electric and water only. We did see a few with full hook ups, don't know if they are full timers here or not. The only thing is the grassy area at campsites aren't mowed but they stay full all the time. Picnic tables are nice, aluminum. You are taken to your site which is a plus in my book. I would stay here again if in the area. We camped at Red Trail Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Mitchell KOA, Mitchell, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

We only stayed the one night as they had a rodeo in town. They were accommodating when I called to fit our rig, 39' rig. Nothing special, friendly enough. I think they could do better with PR. We camped at Mitchell KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Mission RV Park, El Paso, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Park is very clean. RV repair right on site. Has level camping sites. Only one night stay but it was okay. They put overnighters by themselves so it's an easy in and out: really liked that part. Would recommend this park. We camped at Mission RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Ozona Corral RV Park (formerly Circle Bar Super 8 Motel & RV Park), Ozona, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is a good one night stop over: clean, no frills, does have concrete pad beside camper. Has a grill on each site, no tables. Each site has it's own garbage barrel, and it is convenient to 1-10. Restaurant is within walking distance. The Motel 8 across the street, is where you check in. Workers camp on site but they have plenty of pull through sites. We camped at Ozona Corral RV Park (formerly Circle Bar Super 8 Motel & RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.
