Hersheypark Camping Resort (formerly Hershey Highmeadow Campground), Hummelstown, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $57.00
Overall Rating:

While closest to Hershey attractions, and a good choice for smaller rigs willing to live with spotty low quality wi-fi, it is a poor choice for larger motor homes. Very tight all rock spaces for the bigger rigs, tight corners, and zero assistance parking . wi-fi slower than dial up Internet, and not a resort. 2 pools and a sand volleyball lot does not IMO, transform a campground into a resort. We camped at Hersheypark Camping Resort (formerly Hershey Highmeadow Campground) in a Motorhome.

Lakewood Camping Resort, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $67.00
Overall Rating:

Nice family friendly, pet friendly resort on the ocean. Easy walk to the ocean from anyplace in the resort. Golf cart gridlock can happen some nights, and the don't allow motorcycles or scooters, but we love coming here every year or so. We camped at Lakewood Camping Resort in a Motorhome.
