St. Peters' 370 Lakeside Park, Saint Peters, Missouri

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

If you want a location that is convenient to the St. Louis metro area, this is it. It is a fairly new facility but a great location and spacious spots. Right on the lake. We actually saw a float plane land on the lake. My only complaint is weak WiFi reception but it's there. I would stay here again. We camped at St. Peters' 370 Lakeside Park in a Motorhome.

We ventured down to Busch Stadium for a ball game, the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater for a concert, and to walk around historic downtown St. Charles. Minutes from all of them.

Southern Living RV Park, Greenwood, Louisiana

Date of Stay: February, 2014 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

This park is good for an overnight stay to use the facilities. Water , dump, electric all good but as others stated, it is noisy. The wifi they claim to have does not work. I had to take my iPad to the office to get it to get any signal and by the time I got back to the RV (I had the first spot right next to the office) the signal was gone. They were just far enough out of town that TV signal was hard to get on antenna. I would stay here again ONLY if I had to. We camped at Southern Living RV Park in a Motorhome.

Shady Cove RV Park, Hattiesburg, Mississippi

Date of Stay: February, 2014 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Good access. Quiet and shady. A little soggy in some areas due to recent then overnight rain. Pet friendly. Nice people. Wifi worked. I would stay here again. My only real complaint is that they are too close to the Watermelon patch shoe store right up the road. Yes, we had to go by there the next morning so the wife could buy 3 pairs of sandals. We would still be there if I hadn't stopped her at 3. We camped at Shady Cove RV Park in a Motorhome.

Hollywood Casino RV Park, Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi

Date of Stay: February, 2014 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park. Great out of the way spot but centrally located on the Gulf Coast. We stayed in site 54 and it was a nice location with plenty of room in the shade. All was good except the pre dawn 5:45 AM trash pickup at each site. I mentioned this to them and the time changed immediately. We will stay here again. We camped at Hollywood Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

Turtle Rock RV Resort, Gold Beach, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

This is a good park with a great location. Once I got over the guy using hand signals to tell me to slow down in my car when I was idling through, all was good. Friendly staff with that one exception, but isn't there always one? Wi-Fi comes and goes. Good laundry facilities. You must go to the bar and the local brewery across the street for entertainment. We camped at Turtle Rock RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Great open large sites. Park setting maintained by the city and they do a great job. Quiet. No Wi-Fi or full hookup, but if you can live without that, this is one of my favorite spots. We camped at Bear Creek Lake Park, Indian Paintbrush Campground in a Motorhome.
