Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort, Creede, Colorado

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean professional park, we stayed on RV park side as resort side required a 30' RV. Site was mostly gravel, very level, space was approximately 40' wide by 50' deep allowing plenty of room. Trees are relatively new so little shade, gravel pad was good as afternoon showers would have made dirt/grass muddy. Restrooms were very clean. We were there 4 days in with two rallys. Was able to walk dog across road to open field to run. We will return. We camped at Mountain Views at Rivers Edge RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

MJ's is a good local cafe. Don't miss Tuesday BBQ ribs at Tommy Knockers tavern. Both recommended by park staff.

Rock Canyon RV Park (Closed), Livingston, Montana

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

A very nice small park on the Yellowstone River. Was lucky enough to get a back-in site on river. The lady that met me was absolutely wonderful, her daughter-in-law had answered the phone and was most polite. They is cash or check only at this time, no credit cards. Sites are well maintained and mostly level. Very quiet even though on highway to Yellowstone. Town of Livingston was a pleasant surprise. Bathrooms are limited as well as laundry as they say State will not let them expand facilities due to being on river, very clean though. Stayed three nights and would return again. We camped at Rock Canyon RV Park (Closed) in a Fifth Wheel.

Laramie KOA, Laramie, Wyoming

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Very friendly staff, arrived in a thunderstorm and waited until stopped to move and set up. First site would not work as power pole was at front of site in pull through. Since I was not unhooking for evening, power would not reach to back of my rig. They easily let me move and gave me choice of about 10 available sites. Picked one and advised office all was OK. This is not a very scenic park, but all facilities are nice and clean. It is an easy off and on from highway. We camped at Laramie KOA in a Fifth Wheel.
