We were a little leery about this park but it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was extremely polite, it was convenient to everything we wanted, and it was very quiet. It was clean and the wifi was good. They have lot's of activities, if you are into that. Yes, it is a little outdated but many are and we aren't looking for a lot of "fu-fu". Yes we would stay here again.

One of the few parks we would give a 10! I will admit we were here after Labor Day and the "rug rats" were gone but, boy, is it peaceful! They are putting in a new Wi-Fi system and it is improving. Poor AT&T. Sites are nicely spaced and do require some leveling, but that goes with the territory. The peacefulness makes up for it! We plan to return. Rate reflects Coast-to-Coast member rate.

Very friendly staff, both at check-in and after. We had picked our site earlier therefore it was easy in and out and good satellite access. Site was adequate and not too close to neighbor. Good Wi-Fi. No AT&T. Close enough to Estes Park (4.5 miles) to be convenient. We would stay here again. Rate reflects Passport America discount.

We have been staying here since 1996 as we have relatives in Helena and it is basically the only game in town. Good pull-through sites. Good utilities. Good satellite access. Fair AT&T. Good Wi-Fi. One problem is getting an answer when you call, and they don't accept reservations via the Internet. Price is a little steep but I guess I can't expect it to be the same as 1996. We would say here again.

After arriving and going to site, found that 30 amp was no good so we used an adapter and plugged into 50 amp, which was fine. Cable connection was "toast". I added new connector but still didn't work. Sites were pretty close but not a problem as we had good neighbors. They have a watering schedule and tell you about it; the only problem being that there is too much water and we had to wade through it for about an hour until it drained. This place FILLS UP on weekends with tents but, happily, everyone behaved. Good satellite access. Good AT&T. Might camp here again. Rate reflects Coast-to-Coast membership.

Very nice park. Lots of people but they were quiet. Lots of space between sites. Good ATT. Could not get satellite from our site but many others could. Only problem was not being allowed in prior to 2:00 PM. We arrived @ 1:15 and had to wait in a parking lot and it was HOT. We would camp here again. Rate reflects Golden Age Pass.

A previous review said these sites were too close. They could be further apart but I have been in one a lot closer! Nice park. Fair ATT, depending on site, satellite is accessible. As in many places, the "dogs on leash" applies to everyone but their dog. Good swimming access though we didn't use it. Rate reflects Golden Age Pass. Would camp here again.

There are two areas in this park. If you want satellite take the upper level. On the lower you will be so far in trees it will be nearly impossible. Wi-Fi is available for a cost and it is TengoInternet, which doesn't say too much for it. Very friendly staff and since we were on the top level it worked well for us. A bear got in the enclosed garbage area three nights in a row and made a mess but the staff cleaned it up PDQ. Good AT&T. Would stay here again (on top level!). This a nice park, especially for fishermen. It has three tiers. The lower two, which offer the best view, are TOO tight. The upper one (east side of 101)is much roomier and nicer, but doesn't afford a view. Satellite is accessible from most sites. One day before leaving we were told the best Wi-Fi signal. Were not told this on entering and had to use clubhouse where signal is poor. AT&T was good. Fair laundry. Machines have seen their best days. Rate reflects Coast-to-Coast member rate.

This park has mixed reviews. We liked it. Large sites that are very private. Lots of woods. If you want satellite ask when you register and they will show you where the best sites are, then you pick your own. Bring lots of co-ax. We had no problem. Wifi is at clubhouse only. Would have been better with sewer as we were here for a week but--"Blue Boy". Fair ATT service. One of the few C2C parks that lets non-members stay over a holiday. Rate reflects C2C. We would stay here again.

Very nice park in a great setting. We had a concrete pad and was very level. Wifi was good. ATT not good. You could get ATT by going to a higher area of park. I would have given it a higher rating except for one thing: the gentleman who parked us. We have been fulltiming for 19 years and I know how to back a trailer. He was very abrupt and wanted me to jackknife the trailer into the spot when it wasn't necessary. When I got out to check the electric with a circuit tester he became very impatient. When I told him that I always check the electric and had found two bad ones already this summer, his reply was, "We wouldn't put you in a site where it was bad." This testing only took 45 seconds. Other than this, a very nice park.

We did not encounter any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. Staff was very friendly. We asked for and received a site with satellite access. Good AT&T. Wi-Fi was $1/day, which is very reasonable. Wash rigs for $4, which is very helpful. There could be more space between sites. I agree there is not too much going on in town but that is fine with us. We would come here again. Rate reflects Coast to Coast.

There is nothing fancy here, which is fine with us. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Do Not come here during White Bird Days unless you want to be bombarded with music until @ 3 AM. This is the one night when you won't get much sleep. The next night was perfect. Good WiFi and satellite access. No ATT cell. Rate reflects Passport America.

As stated in a previous review, this is a rustic CG. Rather large sites and friendly staff. I check wifi as they say it is only available at office, but having a long range antenna, I was able to access it at a pretty distant site. My main complaint would be the interior roads. There are MANY potholes and 1-2 mph is about it. Maybe they are using these as "speed bumps". Very quiet at nights.

This is an extremely clean CG. Nice sites with good spacing. Someone checked "Not pet friendly." We have a dog and no problem. They are just strict on the pet rules which they should be. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Good satellite access. Excellent wifi. We would definitely stay here again. Rate reflects Passport America.
