As previously stated some of these sites are hard to negotiate and are very close. We were fortunate not to have immediate neighbors. Fairly easy beach access. WiFi is pay as you go ($1.50/day), which is fair. Good ATT. Very tight entrance and exit and both are used either way which sometimes gets interesting. Good laundry. We would stay here again.

Very nice park. Large paved sites. Easy satellite set-up. Good ATT. Good wifi. Nice pool, but didn't use. Very friendly staff. Easy walk to Evergreen Air & Space Museum. Go see the Spruce Goose.

This is a very nice park with easy pull-throughs and enough space between sites. The place is loaded with rabbits which are a constant source of amusement. Fair AT&T. Very poor wifi. Easy satellite setup. Very quiet. We would stay here again.

You pay for the view. This is a very nice park and my wife loves the beach so she really enjoyed it. Sites are a little close together. We were in a TT and next to us was a MH. We backed in, they went straight in therefore their slides were within @ three feet of us. Fair wifi, no cell service and cable is all analog therefore grainy. Might stay here again.

One of the main reasons I liked this park is for the same reason others don't. NO trees, therefore no leaves, no bird poop, easy satellite set-up, etc. Trees mainly leave a mess on your rig. It is wide open with very large pull-thru sites which are easy in, easy out. Staff was extremely friendly and when assigning sites they left everyone spaced out rather than placing everyone on top of each other. WiFi was excellent. You get one gig free and then pay $1.00/gig thereafter. Extremely fair. We would definitely stay here again.

Park is well laid out with quite a few LARGE sites. Lots of tall trees but they are under control and not a hindrance except to satellite. If you have a roof mounted dish, good luck! Ours was not so I was able to place on neighbor's lot (with his permission) and found a shot through trees. Staff is super nice. We had our mail forwarded here and they delivered to site. Was told that wifi was available at office. We have an external adapter and picked it up well at a distant site. There is no laundry but there is a fair one in town. Very quiet. We would stay here again.

The only negative about this park is the one mile drive over a gravel road. The sites were very large. The hosts were extremely friendly. Beautiful scenery, quiet, great wifi, no problem with satellite set-up. We would definitely stay here again.

A very clean and well kept park. Fair wi-fi, good if you have an external adapter. Good ATT. Easy satellite set-up. Nice pull through concrete site and the manager didn't pile everyone right next to each other. Convenient to most everything. Maybe a little pricey. We would stay here again.

This is a convenient park for visiting Carson City. Good wi-fi and satellite access. There is a pool available but we didn't use. The main negative is the width of sites, you are very close to your neighbor! I was worried about noise but it was very quiet. If you want a receipt you have to physically check-out at the hotel on departure. We would stay here again.

This was our second time here. Previous was 2003. The site was an easy pull-through and wide enough. Very good wi-fi. Friendly staff and you could buy propane by the gallon, not a set price/size of bottle. It was also a very good price. Nice laundry. Only problem was dust stirred up by other rigs, cars. We would stay here again.

No hookups but drinking water available. Good ATT service. Very hard to find a site that you could get level. We got there early enough that we had no problem. Extremely quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again.

This is a no-frills park which is fine with us. Level sites with easy in and out. Park was clean with excellent wifi and good satellite location. As previously stated this is owned by a young woman who is anxious to please. We would stay he again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. This was not nearly as nice as the first time; the reason being is that they have employees who don't follow the rules concerning dogs. Stay away from sites near #60. About 30-40 yards away is a home where (I was told) the restaurant manager lives. They have a minimum of two dogs who run loose. One decided to start barking @ 1:00 AM. It would bark for a few minutes and shut up. Just as you are about to fall asleep he starts up again. This went on for about an hour and he finally quit until 7:00 AM. Overall the park is very nice and the office was extremely friendly. WiFi was great and satellite no problem. It is a great location for exploring Monument Valley.

This is a small park and good for several days. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Excellent wifi, no satellite problem. Some street noise but not enough to be a problem. We would stay here again.

This park is convenient. That being said it is VERY tight. They want one of their people to show you how to park. After 20 years of full-timing my wife and I know each other very well and signals from a stranger can be confusing. We have never hit a power pedestal or water spigot. After several attempts he left us to ourselves and things went fine. I can understand their concern considering the tight spaces and turns. Nice office staff and good wifi. Quiet considering closeness to highway. Probably wouldn't stay here again considering cost but I realize I was paying for convenience.
