Wi-Fi was only free for a short while then you had to pay a fee to stay connected. Restrooms in bad need of updating. Would not feel secure using the shower as there was no way to lock the door. Cable service very poor. We camped at Candy Hill Campground in a Motorhome.

Big Buck Resort, Hornsby, Tennessee

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

No attendant on duty when arriving. Later, a young man got off the school bus to man the office. He was not at all familiar with campground or sites. He was unable to figure what two nights fee would cost and couldn't run the credit card machine. Finally paid in cash for 2 nights. Sites on their web site badly misrepresented. It indicated concrete pads. They were referring to a slab on which a picnic table sat. Actual RV sites was gravel/grass and very un-level. After looking at about four sites that were suppose to be 50 amp we found one but could not get level even on that site. Finally were so disgusted we just left not staying the second day and were suppose to receive a refund (via check) for the second day which we never have received. We camped at Big Buck Resort in a Motorhome.
