We have stayed here several times with our family. It has the most beautiful view of the mountains around Raton and the spaces are plenty big. It is a little bit dirty and in the summer it rains nearly everyday. Other than that, it is a picturesque, peaceful place. It is quiet and there are no street lights!

We stayed here over the Memorial Day week-end. It is 400 miles from our home, but it is always nice to be in the Chama, NM area. The sites are level, big and shady. We spent a lot of time under the trees. There was a rowdy bunch around us...no knowledge about camping etiquette, but there isn't much you can do about that. We stayed through Memorial Day so most all the campers had gone by then. The grounds are immaculate as are the restrooms. Again, we enjoyed our visit.

We pulled into this RV park in early evening. It was beautiful with large shade trees and plenty of grass and it was right on the river. We couldn't believe there was such a place in Junction, TX! We only stayed one night and didn't unhook. There was full hook-ups and it was mostly level. The only thing was they charge you $30 per night plus $5 per head in the truck including the driver! I thought that was strange. It was quiet and the ducks kept us entertained. There is a great little shop in Junction that carries dishes, country items, etc., but didn't get to stay long. We left early the next morning.

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it immensely. The park was cement and grass and very large. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. They had a laundry room, and a beautiful pool. We expected this park to be closer to the water, but it was 1/2 mile from it! We walked the beach and watched the contestants of Sand Fest getting ready for the contest the week-end coming up. We shopped and bought fresh shrimp right off the boat which was great. We also visited Rockport, TX. Be aware that most of the shops are closed on Sundays! We toured parts of the King Ranch by bus with a guide. What an experience!

We stayed here for several nights while vacationing with our friends, who also had a 5th wheel trailer. We explored the missions and went downtown to the riverwalk and around the area. There is public transportation, a bus, that picks you up right across the street from the RV park and takes you downtown, or catch a different bus to different destinations. The cost was minimal, but have the right change (quarters, I think). The park is laid out great, the spaces are all concrete and plenty of grass and shade. The spaces are level and the hook-ups are close. The pool and hot tub were great! Do not use your GPS. use the directions the people at the RV park tell you to use. We will stay here again.

We had a pleasant surprise when pulling into the park. It is neat looking, the spaces are wide and shady. So shady in space #61 we couldn't pull in as the trees needed trimming. We did find a nice spot and enjoyed our stay. I would give this park a 9 if they would trim the trees and cut a few weeds around the permanent resident's trailers. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Would stay here again. Stayed in a 5th wheel.

This is our second stay at this park since April, 2015. They had made quite a bit of improvements and we appreciate it. The spaces are wide enough and the cable worked well. We enjoyed our stay here.

We were told that this park was next to an amusement park and the noise was awful; however, we were informed of that when we called for a reservation. The space we were assigned was weeds not grass. The spaces are not marked per say and people just pulled their trailers/motor homes in the assigned space with no thought of squaring them up. The spaces were very tight. There were a lot of tent dwellers using the showers/bathrooms; therefore, they were very messy. I would not stay here again.

Ditto on the previous reviewer. This is the Rolls Royce of RV parks. I Wish we would have had a week of things to do to stay here. Total cement pads with paved roads and grass at each site with personal parking at the site. So clean and neat. Great laundry with an ironing board and iron even! The showers were individual rooms with their own commodes and vanities. Bathmats were furnished! Covered BBQ and covered patio for guests use. Pool, hot tub, basketball court, dog run everything you could ever want. We would stay here again!

This is a wonderfully clean, tidy park. It was gravel all around and grass by the sites; however, there is such a drop off between the trailer pad and the grass site it was hard to get around the trailer. Also, there was no picnic tables at the sites. The laundry had 3 washers and 3 dryers with a folding table and a laundry cart. It was very clean. There was a community room and a great patio to view the sunset from. We would stay here again!

The park was very shady. The spaces were asphalt; however, there were a lot of pine needles in the dirt space outside the trailer by the table. The location is great to see the falls and the locks on the Columbia River. The staff were very helpful and the pancakes were delicious. Only problem was the trains. Very frequent and loud!

The word "resort" is not what I would call it. We were packed in like sardines in the few spots that the permanent residents weren't in. The cable had to have a box from the office to work and the 30 amp electricity went in and out frequently. The dock at the lake with the chairs and swings was refreshing and peaceful. The park was quiet at night, but other than the lake and the peacefulness, I would not stay here again.

We stayed here in a 5th wheel trailer. The average rating is because of the close proximity to Highway 101...100 feet! Sleep was just about impossible. The sewer hook-up was at the front of the trailer. Had to put the picnic table over our neighbor's sewer hook up in our grassy area. Space mostly dirt. Spaces tight. No shade. Wonderful laundry. Commercial dryers and some front load washing machines. They advertise cable on the website, but no cable available even though it is wired for cable. The staff were friendly and quite helpful. The camp store was well stocked.

We stayed here in a 5th wheel for several nights. The park was clean, totally paved with grassy area and picnic table. There was even a separate parking space for our vehicle on the door side of our trailer which was also paved. The laundry looked good although I didn't use it. I was impressed with two umbrella type clothes lines by the laundry available for the campers' use. The park was quiet and centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. I would stay here again.

We stayed here in a 5th wheel. Very clean park. Lots of trees. Hot tub and pool; however, not open when we were there as they were being repaired. Lots of rules about dogs, children, trash, etc. Very courteous staff. Spaces were adequate in size, utilities easy to get to. Grassy area with picnic table and fire ring. Quiet park. Would stay here again.
